Nooooo Sandy you are not crazy. I'm pretty sure it was Sara Ramirez singing!!! It was pretty:)
I liked the show last night. Everyone keeps complaining on how choppy it was and how much it jumped around but I thought it was pretty good. We got to see all the characters at least once, except for Izzie (sad day...NOT).
I'm sad we have to wait until Jan. 14th before we get anything new :(
Loved the Owen/Cristina scenes as always, sooooo HOT!!!I like Teddy but we DON'T need her getting in the way of Owenstina!!!
Marks daughter is a handful. She cracked me up when she said "What are you looking at you old perv?" Marks face was hilarious!!!
Jackson was funny when he was mocking Teddy, lmao. The Christmas dinner scene was good. I'm glad Bailey told off her dad, he was being a dbag anyway.

Ok am I going crazy? I remember hearing Silent Night being sung last night during the Christmas dinner. So I checked the music guide this morning and it was not listed. I just want to know because it really sounded like Sara Ramirez singing??? Anyone hear it?
Hey, there were no mercy westers in that episode(except for a small part on jackson, but that was it). Awesome!

Yes, the guy with the heartless girl was Chyler Leigh's husband.

Am i the only person who thinks the guy who proposed to the girl with no heart (played by Danielle Panabaker) is Nathan West - Chyler Leigh (Lexie's) husband????
Loved the cute Mer/Der kiss at the begining, but there should have been more Mer/Der!! Also loved the cute kiss with the mask on on New Year's, in the O.R between them, also Mexie's kiss too. The Grey's sisters hug was sweet. I hope in the next episodes we will have more Mer/Lex!! I loved that the Chief in teaching Mer.. but I am really missing Mer as a surgeon. She really needs to scrub in on something!!
I loved Owen/Cris storyline and I am glad he chose her.. they are so in love and they were really HOT!! But it really was heartbreaking for Teddy!! I can't wait to see more.
I really DON'T LIKE Mark's daughter!! And Mark not only he is a dad but a grandpa too LOL.. and Lexie a step grandmother at age 24.. LOFL=P. I really hope they make it but I have a really bad feeling that Lex might bail out or something, now that Riley is pregnant too. I really can't wait for more of this SL!!
There was too much of Bailey.. and most of the time it was about the divorce.. they could have used the time on some of the couples instead they go on and on over on Miranda's divorce!!
I loved Cris/Mer/Alex at the cafeteria.. I really am enjoying those scenes when they are the 3 of them together.. Awesome=]. But I missed Alex at dinner, and Callie should also have been there too! Oh, and Sara really have an amazing voice=]. I loved her song playing during dinner!
Last point the chief. I am really feeling sorry for him. He is depressed and he return to his weakness.. Alcohol!! I am glad Mer is there helping him but she should at least tell Derek. He is going to freak out when he finds out. She is thinking that she can handle the situation alone. Also loved that Mer commented on her childhood to Thatcher!
Over all I liked the episode but it would have been so much better if they made it a 2 hour episode!!
A Christmas episode without even MENTIONING Izzy??? (except for that one stupid comment) I am so diappointed! Very, very sad right now :( Couldn't they at least have said sth. like "Yeah she would have run crazy with the decoration"... Or plan the shooting for the CHRISTMAS episode for when Katherine was back!!! Oh man. Angry and sad at Grey's right now. Plus of course, as many mentioned before: Too much in one. I used to like Holiday episodes. Why not more?

i liked the episode, but really Teddy needs to find herself another man. Owen may have had feelings for her in the past but HE IS IN LOVE WITH CRISTINA NOW. i hope the writers don't ruin the amazing story that is cristina and owen by having teddy in between. cristina and owen forever.

Good points( my POV)
-the Cristina/Owen storyline (and I emphasize)
-the kiss of the grey sisters on their respective men two bestfriends Mark and Derek on new years eve. Cute!
-Mark and Lexie working their relationship despite the daughter coming in unexpectedly
-Chief mentoring Mer
-Alex and Cristina's banter always cracks me up
-Mer and Der lovey dovey
-Mark and Derek friendly conversation
Bad Points
-Just like a lot of GA fans I agree very short episode trying to put all the holidays in one.
-Chief's alcohol problem
-Baileys speech not effective ( and I really like her)
-Sloan's daughter poor choice of an actor i dont think people could warm up to her
-the fact that we have to wait for more than a month for the next episode really sucks!
