I don´t think Izzie is pregnant. You have to wait at least 6 months after chemo to get pregnant because it´s a huge risk for the baby. As a doctor at a very good hospital, she should know that she has to have safe sex!
Maybe Meredith is just talking to a patient. If someone were pregnant, I hope it´s Cristina. That would be sooo funny and totally unexpected, and much more realistic.She CAN still have children with one tube. It would be interesting drama. Cris would have to choose between her passion or a baby with the man she loves, who just happens to have PTSD. INTERESTING!
I would hate it if Merder had a kid. BORING!.Mer is a 3 year resident and you CAN´T have it all. Some say it would show the difference with Ellis, but the truth is that at this stage of her carreer, Mer would be just like her.She´s a surgical resident! She wouldn´t have time for her kid. Besides, I want drama on my tv, not happy people having kids.
This is just my opinion, of course, and I didn´t miss Izzie either. She has changed a lot

(i wasn't addressing my comment to you only, there's one person who related KH and Izzie), and i agree that it's the S06 is the best season by far , and u don't know.. maybe we're not supposed to like the new izzie, sometimes to get wehat we want, and because we are sometimes under certain circumstances, we have to change our behaviour and be a little hateful .. i agree that the izzie changed a bit .. but that's because she's under a lot of bad situations : CANCER who makes a lot of stress on her, GEORGE's DEATH , and her FIRING .. i understand why she's upset , and maybe if i was in her shoes, i would do the same thing.

Partly because she had very small appearances but mostly because of the great episodes. I think this is by far the best season.

We obviously know it is not Meredith as she is the one asking, so that leaves us with either, Christina and Arizona or Callie. I really don't think these are viable options. So that brings us back to Lexie. However, with the comments that there are not going to be any babies soon in Greys that leaves us with the possibility of a dilusional patient telling Meredith that she is pregnant and Meredith playing along with the patient ask the question.

I think no one is pregnant!!! But they bring that up in he promo to make us all curious!! And if someone will be pregnant in the future I hope it will be Meredith, they are the main couple and deserve a good storyline that I am sure all the fans will like it:P Also they are the only couple in a healty, happy relationship!!
I also didn't miss Izzie AT ALL!! And from what it looks like she is like a completly bitch and so annoying!! I missed Meredith so much.. I hope she will get lots of screen time now that she is back, and we hopefully gets more MERDER scenes:)

I think a lot of the viewers didn't miss Izzie being gone either, which is good, cos I think everyone knows that KH leaving is an eventuality that GA needs to deal with in the future. And the ship standing despite her absence is a very good sign. I even think that the episodes got better with her absence, I mean as of late, almost every episode centered on her and it was getting pretty boring. In a way, I wish she wasn't coming back, I feel her coming back and then eventually quitting the show anyway is just going to ruin the whole season's momentum, unless she's here to stay. Either way, GA will survive. I personally think the only cast member that's indispensible is Meredith cos she's the title character.

I think this may be one of those situations where Alex totally shuts down and shuts her out because she acuses him of something false and then he's like whatever with her and later she finds out she was wrong only too late cause he'll not want to put himself out there for her anymore. I somehow don't think Izzie is pregnant...though if she were, that would be a problem, because she needs to keep having the IL2 treatments to save her life, and I doubt she'd want to terminate a pregnancy (she already had to give Hannah up for adoption, and she's Catholic, so that poses so many problems), and Alex is great with babies...but then again, they have to pay off all of Izzie's medical bills, and they really can't afford to raise a child right now, and they have enough issues to deal with. I think they may have shown Meredith asking that in the promo just to keep us viewers interested.
I don't know, I'm happy for Alex that Izzie will be back, but I hope she doesn't just blame everything on him. The poor guy is having a really hard time and is scared out of his wits, and he really does love her.
As for the holiday pics, they're awesome! Owen playing the guitar is hot. Actually, Owen and Derek playing the guitar are both hot. Lexie looks lovely, Mer is as naturally beautiful as ever. And who's are the two blondes? Meredith's cousin, the med student, who is supposed to appear at some point this season? The new "cardio god"?
Actually, we don't find out that Mark's alleged daughter is pregnant until either 6.10 or next year for the crossover. So she can't be. (Crap, Mark will be a grandfather?)
Lexie is drinking wine on the promo pics for 6.10. Although you are allowed to drink wine after the second trimester (one of my aunts had this sort of treatment to lower her blood pressure), so she's not.
Izzie having a baby would be catastrophic for GA in so many reasons but particularly, for her relationship with Alex (they aren't even on the same page) and it'd be a slap in the face for MerDer fans (and PD for that matter) who have lobbied this idea for a while now and got shut down by SR's baby comments.
I saw the CTV promo and I swear that I'm dreading Izzie return each time more. She has to take responsibility for her actions, so I hope this type of 'blackmail' doesn't work on the Chief. I can't believe that I'm actually siding with the Chief here.
