The invaders from Mercy West invaded, as advertised, although the consequences were more severe than anticipated for the doctors we love, as well as their patients.
Will Izzie return? Where did she go? That we can only wait and see.

Seeing Izzie get cut was heartbreaking. When she said "I have nothing left" was so sad! And that Mer/Cristina scene was amazing. I love their friendship. Great acting by Sandra Oh and Katherine Heigl.

Enjoyed the show. I liked all the new people and the tense moments between all of the Mercy West people. But where is Mark? Miss the interaction between he and Lexie.

I liked it, it wasn't the best, but it was alright. I felt like there could have been more, there was just way too much focus on the new people. I understand they have to introduce the characters but seriously...no seriously. :) And Meg, I agree, there was no Mark. I waited all week and Eric Dane was not on my television screen. I miss Mark and Lexie. Next week looks good though. I have to watch the preview again.

Izzie isn't gone for good. This is the writers' way of accommodating Katherine Heigl's acting schedule. It was either this or kill her off too. So this was their compromise. It sucks, considering the Izzie/Alex relationship is the main reason I watch the show.But it's better than no Izzie at all. I did LOVE the Callie/Arizona plot line this episode though.

Callie Torres is a freakin' rock star! Loved the Calzona story line :D
