Q: I love Grey’s Anatomy but what’s this I hear about trouble on the horizon for Mark and Lexie? Who is this supposed mystery woman from Mark’s past?
A: From what I've gathered thus far, I believe she hails from Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles and has McSteamy DNA coursing through her veins.

Haha, i can bet it's either a daugter, his mother, or HIS WIFE! allthoough they have already done that..... and it would be too much of a coincidence for 2 greys to be hurt in the same way by 2 guys raised by mama shepherd :P

Well I'm leaning towards him having a daughter because isn't Mark an only child? This could get intresting. Remember when Derek paid that kid with no ears to go up to Mark and pretend it was his dad! LOL I LOVED that!

It'd be great meet his mother, we could watch the differences between mrs shepherd and that woman (an upper-class bxxxh), that would be hilarious
