"Invasion."
It's an ominous title for an episode, but it appears apt. Tonight, Seattle Grace and Mercy West merge and the landscape of Grey's Anatomy as we know it will be altered. Forever.
As evidenced by the previews, pictures and Grey's Anatomy spoilers we've posted this week, the tension is rising, the stakes are high, and the battle lines are clearly drawn.
All we can do is sit back, watch, and hope.
Is Izzie really going to get fired? If not her, who will? Will any new residents be a pleasant surprise? What else do you think and hope will happen on tonight's Grey's Anatomy?

I think this is going to get away from the chief in such a big way. It seems chaos will rein and I just wonder if the chief resident will even make a fleeting appearance to bring the scrambling residents into line. The chief will loose control by the looks of it, even Der ignoring the chief's authority
Who's to say that the chief won't get fired?

I think Izzie is the likely one, because she needs an out for those 5 or 6 episodes. But maybe if the Cheif is next week, then they can convince her to come back once Derek becomes Cheif later?

This week is Izzie. She's not at the promos of the next episode.
Next week could be one of the new guys! After all they are all coworkers now.

I hope it is the chief that gets fired, he deserves it. All this is happening because of him, he was going to get replaced by Derek and to save his own job he went arranged the merger with Mercy West. Unfortunatly though I think it will be Izzie who gets the cut, Well should make interesting viewing.

I don't like the new doctors at all. I feel like they are killing the vibes of Seattle Grace. I really hope Shonda doesn't keep them around at least for another season.

meh...that's how i felt about this episode. There were funny parts but overall just Meh.
