Tonight, Grey's Anatomy returns with an all-new episode, "I Always Feel Like Somebody's Watchin' Me." After a two-hour season premiere largely devoted to George O'Malley's passing, it will be interesting to see where the surgeons of Seattle Grace go from here.
With budget cuts looming and the axe ready to fall, everyone is scrambling to do what they can to save their jobs. One example? For Cristina, this environment means working in pediatrics. Yes, Cristina working with kids. And Dr. Arizona Robbins, of course.
Also, Dr. Stevens returns to work (with new wig).
Since last week's premiere aired, we've seen plenty of previews, pictures and Grey's Anatomy spoilers that give us some idea of what we can expect this evening.

I've just seen the promo pictures of 6:05. The residents from MW are wearing a different colored scrubs(the color is gross). I guess the attendings will also have different scrubs too! So it will be SGH versus MW, lots of conflict storylines I guess.

Love the show! But...is it just me or does the music drown out the actors. I miss so much to what their saying cause the music is to LOUD!
