When Derek learns that an employee is walking around with a spinal tumor that should have killed him, he is determined to operate on Isaac despite very difficult odds.

In the one promo the cheif is saying how he doesn't want Derek to operate on an inorperable tumor....Wasn't it the cheif who in season 5 brought that young girl with an inoperable tumor in from another hospital for Bailey to fix. So i don't think he should be telling Derek no.

i cant wait ok i'm catching my breath your right steph but the cheif and derek are having an all time fight and essentially the chief is not happy with derek at all they no longer have a friendship

Awww this episode is going to be really good. I love how Lexie said she was Derek's sister. I hadn't really thought about it. All about Derek :) I like.

i cannot wait !!!!!!!this episode 'll be great episode .Derek fights against the chief ...Who will win the match?Mer 'll help Derek in this question? I don't known and i hope that he won the cancer...i hope that Mer and Der don't lose your balance as a couple for these fights with the chief ... at least i hope,because Shonda don't tell me right.

please please don't tell me its gonna be a show with ALL medicine and how impossible and hard it was for him to operate but then he pulls it through anyways...i don't want to be watching another HOUSE, i want Grey's Anatomy!!!! with more drama!!!

Awww, i love the Lexie-Derek-Mark interaction. How she said ..you love me...and laid her hands on his, i know it was "just" to convince him, but it was still cute.:)
