Below is another promo for this week's all-new episode of Grey's Anatomy, "Invasion."
It's from Canada's CTV, and some clips shown in the half-minute preview are different than those played in the first ABC promo, so it's worth a look despite the mediocre quality.

They only add the new doctors so that they lots of new storylines and can run the show for 10 Seasons but I don't want 10 Seasons of the new characters I want our old staff! I HATE IT!

I think the chief sounds deflated, like now he's got to have face to face interviews with the staff he's firing, reality has bitten.What I'd like to know is will the chief be competing with MW chief of surgery for the new chief of surgery job? After all the SGH chief surgical training has slipped to 12th whilst MW is on the up?
I kinda think that Alex or Iz are in the firing line. The fact tht KH is disappearing adds to the mix, although how can you fire someone who gifted $8m to finance Bailey's clinic? Alex did have to retake one of his intern exams, so I'm just wondering if Alex gets the axe bbut Iz sacrifices her career for her hubby. Could be way wrong though

Good question. Since everyone is coming to SGH, I assume that it was defined that he was going to be Chief to a much bigger hospital but it'll be interesting to see how and if he has to fight for his position.
In the S5 SP, it wasn't mentioned that Mercy West had a higher ranking (aside from still being a Level 1 Trauma Center), maybe the merger is going to put them back on top?
Oh, and the $8 million didn't go to the hospital, they went to the clinic, so the Chief didn't see that money at all. He can't use that for 'saving' Izzie.

My guess: Alex gonna get fired and Izzie will sacrifice herself for him. That's why she's so mad in Chef's office. She'll quit and Alex would go back :)
