As the dust settles from last night's sixth season premiere, ABC has released a promo for next week's all-new Grey's Anatomy, "I Always Feel Like Somebody's Watching Me."
Looks like a pretty intense episode, picking up right where we left off after last night's two-hour premiere. What do you think will happen when the show returns next week?

Whoa- what the hell? When we see that woman in the labcoat (Lexie?) fall, is she dropping red folders or spilling blood? And is Alex telling Izzie "We can't handle another surgeon around here", so he doesn't want her back to work, as she would be more competition? And who is being shaken in the end? And by whom? So many questions... Indeed looks intense.

This sounds like its gonna be intense and competative (I like :D)
German Cala-I think Alex is saying to Izzie "You can't handle another surgery" because Izzie says "I'm fine" because he might be concerned for her health.
Merder4ever-Cristina says your safe because of derek (meaning she is safe from the layoffs that are going to happen because of her relationship with derek)

When does Cristina tell Mer she's safe? I didn't hear that anywhere. Definitley looks like a good episode!

Cristina doesn't say anything, at least in this promo. Is there another one where she says that?
Poor Lexie. Ugh, I am starting to like her.
I wouldn't be surprised if Mer was safe though. I guess it means that Derek will be made Chief at some point. Also, gotta add: loving angry Derek. LOVING IT!

Can't wait. Is Lexie crying because she is maybe fired??? God I hope not. Oh, and I think it's Cristina who sdrops the blood, not Lexie. When I watched for the first time, I thought it was Lexie, but this other promo is a little bit extended, and I think ity's definately Cris.
