   I'm puzzled about how it can be that the Chief of Surgery was in charge of the hospital merger. Why is the Chief of Surgery always meeting with the Board? Shouldn't the Hospital Executive, the CEO or something, be the one meeting with the Board and then telling the Chief of Surgery what to do? Why would the higher-rated Mercy hospital move it's staff over to Seattle Grace, if Mercy's residency program was better?

   Well, one thing I want to know is....what scene tonight will they be playing the song from the promo's that goes, "Kamikaze pilots in the sky....etc." I actually "googled" those words to see if it's really a song, but got nothing. To be perfectly honest every time I hear it
   the words remind me of 9-11. I'll come back here tomorrow to see if it's been added to the Music area.

   and I think Farrah is right too, eric looked better triying reach erica's bed, all problems of mark are fault of shonda,and it's not the one character, sorry but I don't like the new miranda "bayle"

   Dee you are right, Shonda doesn't do couples well.
   I like addie and mark (they look great together)but shonda said bye bye
   and I think mark and mer had been a good couple (ok peope don't kill me), I know it's not possible but in season 3 they looked good and were in that something club, they had chemistry and were funny

   What I saw in Gizzie? i saw two people who loved each other more than anything and who glowed when they were together. I saw two people's love develop right in front of my eyes for three years. I saw unconditional love, a love that defined all boundaries, I saw magic.
   
   I don't quite know why Gizzie keeps being brought up though.
   
   I won't stop watching the show because of Mexie. I'll stop watching it because I don't feel excited about it anymore, and George dying killed my last love on the show.
   
   I do think Mexie is a symptom of what is wrong with this show. They came out of nowhere and felt more like Shonda wanting to put the Mc guys with the Grey sisters at any cost, whether it made sense or not, whether the chemistry was there or not.
   
   I disliked Gexie because they were a total ripoff of Mark and Lexie, but at least I sensed real tenderness in the scenes between TR and Chyler.
   
   Eric always seems disgusted by the mere idea of Mexie.
   
   He isn't selling it at all or even trying to sell it.
   
   It would also helped if we saw those great conversations they are suppose to have, and not have them tell Callie about it (which shows his bond with Callie, not Lexie). All we saw was teach me sex, which was sleazy and gross, the broken penis, Mark becoming the girl and Lexie slurping on her juice box like a 9-year old.
   
   Show their connection, not just them talking dirty and Lexie showing off her panties, and maybe they will get more fans.
   
   Right now, those who like them seem to like more the idea of Mark being in love and Mark being saved than Mexie the couple. They love Mark in love more than they seem to love Mark and Lexie the couple.

   What the heck does Gizzie have anything to do with this? If you want to bring them up, plenty of Gizzie haters said they would quit watching or had quit watching because of them, which was weird bas the ratings didn't drop at all when they were a couple but did drop after they ended. Probably because they were PLENTY of Gizzie fans out there despite the allegation they were universally hated.
   
   Not sure why you're bringing up Gizzie here when several Gizzie fans wrote in to say that while they hated Mexie, they thought the bashing was going overboard.
   
   I would never quit watching over one couple. I think it's stupid but I do feel like Lexie has made Mark a ff character for me.
   
   If people don't like them, and MANY hate them, they have the right to say so. They just need to tone down the hate a bit and stop the threats.
   
   As a Gizzie fan, I had no problem with those stating they didn't like them. I did have a problem with the people calling us immoral and nuts for liking them and threatening to quit or beat up Shonda if they continued, which is why I would never do that to another fanbase.
   
   But I won't pretend I don't think Mexie is a huge mistake, and that I think it has really affected Mark's popularity.
   
   I'm also annoyed at the major propping the show keeps giving them. The cute comments and the fact they were the only couple shown on the poster.
   
   Why? MerDer, Owen and Cristina and Alex and Izzie are all more popular, and I hate Alex and Izzie but they have a lot of fans. So why not those couples? Why Mexie? She is clearly pushing them as the new MerDer and they are not.

   There are PLENTY of Slexie fans out there. If you feel the need to "leave a show for good" because you dislike ONE couple, you're clearly not a real fan of the show. There have been plenty of couples and hookups I wasn't crazy about (Gizzie, anyone?) but I ignored it and focused on what I liked about the show and I NEVER repeatedly bashed them incessantly out of respect to those GA fans who saw something in Gizzie that I clearly didn't.

    I saw George tearing up a couple of times. Yeah, I remember now.
    
    Derek crying about Meredith (when she drowned) gets me every single time. I can't recall the Chief. Maybe almost when Ellis died but not really. Denny did this thing that Derek does regularly, which is just filling the eyes with tears.
    
    Heartbreaking.
    
    I think that it's an issue of how to keep things fresh and exciting once the tension is over. Personally, after MerDer, I haven't been able to warm up to another couple in TV (ok, except Chuck and Blair but that's another story) and a lot of that has to do with the incredible amount of chemistry that EP and PD have, as well as the tension that SR wrote.
    
    I knew that you meant that you didn't hate all the couples but in order to have that effect, there has to be something that will make them win fans over.
