Sometimes the Chief can really be full of himself. I think he already knows about the 'coup' and he's being irrational.
As for the AZ/Bailey...AZ is right but she should give some space to Bailey too. I don't think that AZ has bad intentions...just bad timing.

First of all, Az, cool of! Leave Baylie alone, sure u want to save that boys life, but I don't think that if u just lost one of youre "child", u would'nt work right away. And cheif, what happend to him? And who is DR. Chang? I hope that Torres don't quit cuz of that.

I agree Az is being really insensitive here, not only is George one of her kids right back from the start, but she named her baby after George right ? Her babies middle name is George I think? I won't get to see the whole episode for ages but It's going to really annoy me if thats the way the deal with Georges death - he was my favourite!!!!!!!!!

Yes, Bailey's son's middle name is George.
Is it possible that Callie is still George's medical proxy and that is why she has to decide? It does make sense...
