I am intrigued about the picture of Derek opening his bedroom door, half naked, with Lexie standing outside. Wonder how that scene would turn out to be. And also curious about the Callie/Lexie scene...

I am soooo excited for the premiere - these pictures are awesome. I think we are in for a really intense couple of episodes.
greysanatomyinsider staff, you may want to amend a few of your captions on the photos? The girl crying at the funeral isnt Olivia, its the girl George saved. And, the girl you credit in a couple of the hospital pics as the girl George saved isnt her, its someone else altogether.
