It's a McDream Team! Grey's Anatomy stars Patrick Dempsey and Eric Dane have both joined the ensemble comedy Valentine's Day, according to Reel Movie News.
They are joining a cast that will include Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner, Shirley MacLaine, Bradley Cooper, Ashton Kutcher, Topher Grace, Emma Roberts and Hector Elizondo (who plays Callie's dad on Grey's Anatomy).
Garry Marshall is directing the New Line film for a February 12, 2010 release.
The upcoming movie, which began shooting this week, follows five slightly interconnecting stories playing out in Los Angeles during (of course) Valentine's Day.
Patrick Dempsey will play a married obstetrician (not a neurosurgeon) dating Jennifer Garner's character on the sly, with her unaware of his marital status.
Eric Dane will play a quarterback struggling over the decision of whether to retire from football. Sounds like a quality film - how can it not be with these two?

Sounds great. I've heard from that movie, there are so many great actors in it...And now that Patrick Dempsey and Eric Dane are also in it, I definitly will watch it in the movies. But it's a long time to wait.

I love how Patrick Dempsey is once again a doctor with adultery issues...I think he is now McDreamy for life.

That is certainly a great cast- Patrick and Eric are great and Anne Hathaway is a fantastic actress!! Live at Shakespeare in the Park was amazing (which also starred Audra McDonald of Private Practice). Anyway love the cast - hopefully the movie won't be too dumb.
