Well, it's not technically a wedding album, but we have posted ABC's photo gallery from "What a Difference a Day Makes," entirely comprised of images from the climactic scene.
Guess it makes sense why these weren't released ahead of time, as is the network's custom, when the identity of the couple walking down the aisle was a mystery until the end.

The only good part of this episode was the George parts and him helping Izzie down the aisle. And Mer's solo surgery.
I'm so pissed at Grey's! That should have been MERDER'S wedding! They were together in the FIRST episode. 100th should have been MerDer.

Absolutely beautiful. I knew it was coming, that dress fit izzie perfectly compared to Meredith. It wouldn't be right for Derek and Meredith to only have a one hour episode leading up to their marriage that we have waited 5 long seasons for. Definately a two hour long season finale will do them justice! Yes, I beleive it will happen next week, if you look on their marriage page the date has changed for their marriage day. I can't wait that episode is going to be great!

The episode was excellent but it was depressing would've killed Shonda to save more than one patient. I was so depressed last night that I drank five shot of Vodka. The episode was the most depressing episode ever. Is not one of my favorite.

LOVED it!!!
BUT I want to know two things...
ONE where the heck was Bailey's husband during the wedding?? SHE was sitting with the Richard!!!
Second this preview for next week better NOT be telling me that Izzie is going to FORGET all about her wedding, ALEX, and go back to INTERN.. I know she is not going to die or "go anywhere" like she said to Alex if she lives, but that would SUCK... I HOPE this is just all a way to end Danny and all her memories about HIM!!!

I really liked how they pulled everything full circle with MerDer together by the fire like in the first ep... Its like they are right where they started 100 eps later!!!! Well not all the way back where they started.... loved it but want my two questions above to go well and have Izzie remember Alex and the wedding... take her memories of danny, and thats IT!!!
