The Grey's Anatomy Wedding Album
Well, it's not technically a wedding album, but we have posted ABC's photo gallery from "What a Difference a Day Makes," entirely comprised of images from the climactic scene.
Guess it makes sense why these weren't released ahead of time, as is the network's custom, when the identity of the couple walking down the aisle was a mystery until the end.
It was certainly emotional scene, and it was great to see everyone there. Click to enlarge the pictures of the new husband and wife, and their guests, and tell us what you think:

first off, I will miss denny. knowing that this was his end was so sad!
but alex and izzie were perfect. absolutely perfect:) I bawled during alex's vows! he has become such a wonderful guy compared to his evilspawn days :)
I still can't wait for the day when mer and der finally get married! we've waited long enough!

I highly doubt she shaved her hair. I think it was computer stimulated or due to make up.

This episode was so great. I think Mer/Der are just as asome as Izzie and Alex. But I'am so glad they got married. I love Mer/Der because they are such a great persons. That's why this episode is so perfect. If you love Mer/Der for who they are then you must love this episode. They share a different love. It's Izzie's dream to have an fairytall wedding not from Mer.
