Here's a little Grey's Anatomy spoiler tidbit from E! Online's Q&A today. Okay, so we already knew this thanks to previous comments from Chandra Wilson, but here goes anyway:
Q: Waiting with bated breath for the Grey's Anatomy finale. Spill!
A: As Chandra Wilson said, "In [the finale], we do ultimately find out what [happens with] George (T.R. Knight) - he does make a big decision in that episode. Izzie has a lot of medical [issues] in that episode. And then we have our normal ER catastrophe that goes on. It has to be something bad going on where all the doctors have to assemble. That much I know."

Well, I for one, am glad there was no new or further information in that spoiler! haha! I have gone spoiler-free but broke it b/c there was a George spoiler here.
McHot-- who knows if it even has anything to do w/ the army. You know, I was thinking about Ausiello's original reason for thinking that George was going into the military-- his source had said that there was a scene w/ Owen and another character in a recruiting office. Perhaps Owen had to go back there b/c of something to do w/ his PTSD? It could even be as simple as possibly registering for coverage from the military for his treatment/care? And maybe it's Derek going w/ him to support him... or someone else? Knowing Shonda, George's big decision could be as simple as him deciding to choose trauma as a specialty.... yes, a big decision, but one that does not warrant a million fans getting stress-induced stomach ulcers over!!!

That is so not a spoiler, if they have nothing new to report why even repeat things.

OK, I thought this was something new. I am a huge George fan and have been waiting to know what is going on, and I thought I would get the answer.
I read this interview two weeks ago.
McHot, I agree. Shonda seems to not care at all about George this season.
The only reason she is giving him anything right now is because us George fans made such a fuss.
It stinks. George deserves a lot better.

This isn't anything new.
The only George news I want to read is George is staying, and maybe he and Izzie patch up their friendship.
I am tired of Shonda and co playing with our feelings.

the george news I want is that its him and izzie that get married next episode.....that would make me happy

I really hope George stays because he is one of the original charecters and [when he actually is in the episode] he brings so much to the show that other charecters don't have. I don't think Izzie and George should get back together, though, because I think that your just asking for trouble. i also have realized that he has problems when he likes roomates [with izzie he broke up a marriage and friendship, with lexie he lost a friend, and with meredith, well we all know what happened there]

Just to clarify, mcdreamteam, George never liked Lexie that way-- she had a great big embarrassing crush on him that he was completely oblivious to. Yes, we know what happened w/ Mer, but they patched it up and remained good friends. Actually, a few epis ago they had great scenes together that showed they are still friends and still have great chemistry as friends. And Izzie-- I would love to see them get married, just like atimberger said, but it won't happen. If TPTB ever go there again, it won't be for a long time, and it would have to be a very gradual journey there. But I do honestly believe those two are meant to be. As for his marriage breaking up? I don't want to hash that out one more time. I'll just leave it as that part of it was tragic, but that marriage also never should have happened in the first place (and I place full responsibility on both bride and groom). He was grieving for his father... anyway... I don't want to hash through this whole discussion again. It's been done SO many times.
I'll end on this note-- to quote you:
"I really hope George stays because he is one of the original charecters and [when he actually is in the episode] he brings so much to the show that other charecters don't have."
I agree w/ this statement whole-heartedly! :)
