Watched the first episode again and it doesn't sound like Meredith, you know. And she doesn't say "Oh God!" she just shouts "No" and Derek's name. I had someone who doesn't watch the show listen to both voices and he said it didn't seem to be the same voice.
But we could still be wrong...

Looks like it's going to be a very tough choice for Izzie... And all the people from Seattle Grace will come and tell her their opinion, making her more divided... That cancer patient that will come to SGH next thursday will mess with her...
I bet we won't know if she regains consciousness and her memory back until next season...

The CTV promo gave away that Izzie is going 2 live through the surgery (Mer asks if she remembers who Alex is sooo that's a huge clue!!!!!) The response to the memory ?? might be the cliffhanger but u never kno what could happen. I honestly think the George gets in an accident thing could happen in the second half of the finale when he was going home and such but I honestly don't want him killed off (the army idea is better if TR wants out!) If George leaves that won't bother me (sry Gizzie fans!) Let's wait till thurs now

OK so why do you think all George fans are Gizzie fans? I am, but I have many friends who adore George and are totally not Gizzie fans at all. In fact, I know many Alex and Izzie fans who are big George fans.
The poll here had 81% wanting George to stay. I think Gizzie has many fans but I know they have many haters too, so I doubt they have 81% of fans loving them.
Just wondering.
Thing is, the majority loves George and wants him to stay, so Shonda should do what most fans want.
I know I'm not watching anymore if he leaves, and this show needs the rating.
They couldn't even get 16 millions for the big wedding episode and were in the 13-14 million range the two weeks before.
Yep it's number 1, but that's just because grissom leaving killed CSI. Nothing that good in beating an has-been show.

My predictions based on promos....
in one of the first promos I seen Izze says "If I do the surgery I can loose my memory if I dont I die" or something similar to that. Mer asks if she remembers Alex Karev. In another trailer you see Mer in the same room turning her head looking shocked so I think she either says no or thats how the episode will end.
George is definatly gone since he is seen so little in the promos. I keep trying to slow the promos down to see if any
of the patients on the gurneys look like George but they dont.
One looks like him a little. Hes the one Hunt and Mer are dragging in a gurney but not too sure. If it is him hes missing an arm and he has his head wrapped.
Baily crying saying "we're all scared" makes me believe its
about George since she too shares kind of a close bond with him. Also Izzie is seen looking through a glass window into
a patients room all teary eyed. (This could be the patient they say she meets in this episode, or can possibly be George)
As for everything else I guess we have to wait for thursday.
Im so hyped. BTW it is Mer saying "oh My God"

I've never posted a comment on anything ever before but I just have to say that the suspense is killing me - possibly not as fast as it's killing Izzie but then again based on this promo I think she is going to live but lose her memory.
As I'm in Australia I have to wait until Friday - if I'm lucky and the lovely stateside uploaders do their thing quickly (oh please, please, please) I can have it to watch Friday night. By the way I definitely think the 'Oh God' is Mer. And Yay Yay Yay to Christina kissing Owen!
