In the sneak preview of the season finale below, Izzie Stevens has quite the decision to make - go through with a risky surgery that could strip her of her memory but may remove her brain tumor, or ride it out and most likely pass away within a few months.
It's not an easy call, as you can see:

Yeah but i think the virus would probably only work for some types of tumour and 'cos Izzy's is seriously small, the virus would probably be too strong for a tumour that small. I'm guessing :)
Finale is looking good though. But sad. Derek's hair needs to grow pronto though...!

Remember when Hunt told George to go where he was needed last week ? Well, Hunt's patient, the soldier, in the sneak peek also says something like : "I have to go back where I'm needed". So, "where someone's needed" = Irak. And I don't know, there is something about George's behaviour for a few moment. He's changed. He's calm, quiet and serious. There's gonna be some big decision coming out of his mind. Like the silence before the storm.

i hate that grey's anatomy has become steven's anatomy. almost every sneak peak is about her and in the promos the only thing we get to see is how they fight for izzie's life. i'm looking forward to season six, cause then we know what will happen to her, and if she does survive she'll hopefully not take over the show anymore. at least that's what i'm hoping for

That girl, in the last sneak peek, she decided not to have the surgery, and she doesn't have a brain tumor anymore. God, how I wish that could happen to Izzie. I saw her ring, lol, it's cool, unusual, but cool. She has always been one of my favorite characters EVER, and I really can't see the 'Fabulous 5 (now they're the fabulous 4, since George's practically gone 'where he's needed') without Izzie. That would be just.. Depressing.
