Happy season finale day, Grey's Anatomy fans!
While it is always a bittersweet day when we say goodbye to new Grey's Anatomy episodes for a matter of months, we're all eagerly awaiting this evening's gripping two-hour conclusion of what has turned into a terrific fifth season of the show we love so.
Just a few more hours until the back-to-back episodes - "Here's to the Future" and "Now or Never" air - and all the Grey's Anatomy spoilers we've debated for the last few months become moot points. There's nothing left to do but sit and watch!

I can not WAIT to see this finale! Its shows me whether to stand and applaud Shonda Rhimes for a spectacular season... OoooR.... to officially send off my FIRST EVER peice of HATE mail for killing my girl, Izzie! Shonda... you better make sure she stays RIGHT where she is... On the set of Grey's Anatomy!!!

i can`t wait to see this finale! but also little bit sad `cause we have to wait till september to next season.. here is almost winter and what will we watch cold nights?? old seasons will be!

is it going to be from 9-11? annnd i think mer+der are getting married tonightt, but it will be very lowkey. there gonna make it seem like george is leaving the show but hell come back.

This fan beleave"s that Lizzie will live though this.And T.R. Knight will remain on the show.I belve Mer and derek will married each other.AS for Mer and Lexie will bond as sisters.Alex and Lizzieare a team they will pull though this together.This fan loves grey"s Anatomy.

I can't believe that this season is almost over now. I can't wait for the 2 hour season tonight they better Keep My Couple Izzie and Alex on the show and they better Keep Izzie on the show she and Alex needs to have a happy married life and we need to see that next season and we need to see the friend ship Between Izzie and George stay the same but they need to be closer back to being best Friends. But i want to see Alex finally happy with his life and enjoy being married to Izzie so shonda Izzie better stay on the show we want to see more of Izzie and Alex and Izzie and Georges Friend ship If they take off George then Izzie will be more heart broken so keep then on the show and Izzie must live

I seriously don't know if we'll really find out what happens to Izzie tonight. If they make us wait until season 6 I will be seriously pissed. Seriously.

There not going to kill George off. He's going to go into the military like they said in the spoilers.
Who knows what will happen with Izzie. She does want to persue her career in movies... maybe she'll die next season?
I love Owen and Christina. That's like one of the main reasons i keep watching. It's the red head thing I guess. Super excited about tonight!!!!! I'm sure there will be tears tonight.
