I dont think that the show would be the same without them.
I hope that they will be back next season, what I'm thinking about the George character is that they might bring back another actor to play George since his face is so screwed up.
I dont know I like them both and hope to see them next season.

007 meaning - George's first surgery was an appendectomy. He did something wrong in the surgery and earned the nickname of 007 (license to kill)... That's what they called him in the first season.
