Why would Mark and Lexie get married? It makes no sense honestly. And Mer and Der wedding cannot happen in a regular episode, it has to be a finale (=longer), but i definitely will not be disappointed if it happens in the 100th episode, although, again, i'm pretty sure it's gonna Izzie and Alex who get married, then Izzie will feel better, survive the cancer (I hope) and Mer and Der will have their dream wedding! ;)

I want it to be alex and izzie, just because I am like in love with him. OR Sloan and Lexie. It really doesn't matter to me anymore if its between those two. But I have a feeling it will be something totally random and weird like a spontaneous Calliope/Arizona thing.
I've the bad feeling that will be Mark and Lexie. Bad because I'm not fond of them as a couple...
Alex and Izzie are also contenders but if Shonda wants to surprise us this couple won't me a surprise at all. They're the ones who almost everyone thinks that will get married...

I think MerDer will get married in the 100th episode. I really do. I don't know why I've had this change of heart. But, something is giving me the feeling that all this anti-MerDer wedding talk. All the "spoilers" that say it's not them... are all just fake.
That it really will be MerDer getting married on their wedding day. That all these things are just there stop throw us off and make us go..."oh I really don't know now... anything is possible... it is Shondaland..."

Am I the only one who thinks it might just be some peripheral set of characters? Maybe that's why Thatcher has sobered up...because he's found another kind woman...
Although, IF they happened to make Lexie pregnant, I can see a shotgun wedding there. I'm very doubtful it will be Alex and Izzie. And, actually, I can see Sloan as a father as being a good storyline to come...with a fair bit of humour. But I read they weren't writing her pregnancy into the storyline, and she'll be done by September anyway, won't she?
I'm betting either Lexie and Mark, or someone peripheral. Although I could buy a time warp ahead a few months, and a MerDer wedding too.

The two people getting married on the 100th episode is two patient. So my vote goes to two terminally ill patients. You know who want to get married before they die. You like the season finale of season 4 that two patient lost their virginity in case they die on the operating table. The same thing is going to happen now.

Random thing; what if it was like a double ceremony... i mean what if the couples do it together; then technically it is not just a merder wedding so it would throw us through a loop.
If thats just a little too off the wall I think it is Mark and Lexie because we would expect all of the others for one reason or another
