so it's not mer and der and now it's not owen and cristina. So it's probably alex and izzie or lexie and sloan.

Do we know for sure that it's not mer and der. If it's not them i would guess, Alex and Izzie since this whole wedding is her dream.

I'm glad it's not Cristina and Owen and not because i don't like them but it's waaaaaaaay too soon and besides there can't be another Cristina wedding in another season finale, right? Still hoping it's Mer and Der but I think it's gonna be izzie and alex...

Oh my god I will seriousl cry if it's mark and lexie.... I'm sorry I just am not fond of them together at ALL! I think it's izzie and alexxx! Let's hope so or my sanity ;)

Izzy and Alex, I guess. I'd say the whole cancer-death-whatever thing ends up in some kind of "life is short" marriage...
