I personally think that Christina and Owen are going to be the ones getting married! All of the spoilers have been hinting at a big surprise wedding and well Meredith and Derek getting married wouldn't be a huge shock and Alex and Izzie wouldn't be a huge surprise either given the circumstances that they are in right now! So my guess would be a wedding!!

I do think she's pregnant and that would be wonderful. The child would have been conceived in one of the most beautiful love scenes ever.
I don't want a shotgun wedding, however. 40% of births in the US are to single mothers (shocking isn't it?) so there should be no societal pressure to marry for the sake of the kid. Theirs is a love story and I only want them to marry if it's for love.
The only thing I can think of is that Cristina is pregnant. Neither of them is married so there won't be any Addie situations coming up. If Cristina IS PREGNANT, I can see Owen wanting to marry her. I'm just not sure if Cristina will feel the same. But, Cristina is a different person now. She still wants what she wants for her medical career,but, she also can see a future with Owen. This is really a tuff one to call right now. If she is pregnant, I don't believe she will terminate the pregnancy.

It doesn't say much for a Dr taking precautions if Cris is pregnant again, but it would make an interesting plot line. It's not impossible to get pregnant with just one fallopian tube, but the odds are higher against it happening. So Cris will have to choose whether this is the time to do this. There is a solution to Cris and Owen's problem.. They will have to sleep overnight in seperate beds.

I believe it will be Lexie pregnant with Marks baby. It is very possible. These shows were recorded back sometime ago. So at that point Lexie might have not been showing yet. I seen her on Ellen about a month ago and she was pretty big you could tell she was pregnant.

Christina has to be pregnant again. What else could be good and bad? Christina would DEFINITELY keep the baby BECAUSE of what happened with Burke and because she still loves Owen. She only broke up with him because of his PTSD not because she didn't love him. And she obviously still wants to be with him because 1-she looked like h*** after she broke up with him 2-when he made that comment about wanting to be around forty years from now, she didn't even flinch she just stared at him lovingly--its clear they want to spend the rest of their lives together whether they've said those exact words to each other or not. And I just watched a clip on youtube from a promo for season 5 and it said someone will be pregnant--I doubt it was that intern. And whoever made the comment about someone saying Christina was going to get pregnant again this season, where did you find that??? I feel like I heard that somewhere too! Owen going off to the army is definitely bad for Christina and himself because then he won't get over his PTSD. The actress who played Owen's ex-fiance being pregnant is NOT good for Christina either. In fact its awful for her because Owen would have to own up to his responsibility and take care of the child. And, well...it's Owen so he would. Not that he still wouldn't be with Christina while taking care of his kid, but that'd be awkward wouldn't it? Christina has to be pregnant.

Oh and to go along with the whole Owen going back to the army, he said in the episode with Faye Dunaway that he was FIRED from the army and that they knew it was his time even if he didn't. I don't think you can go back after being fired. Plus in an interview he said he was fired for psychological reasons. I think it'd be pretty silly of the writers of Grey's to be like "oh yeah he was fired. he can't go back...OH WAIT yes he can!" Where's the good in that?
And yeah...his ex-fiance could have a kid by Owen, but where's the good in that? That wouldn't be good for Owen, because "that was in the before and he's living in the after."
