We spent a lot of time theorizing on Mer and Der, Owen and Cristina, and of course George and Izzie, but what's ahead for the Grey sisters on Grey's Anatomy?
You know how when sad dad Thatcher Grey swings by Seattle Grace, he almost always stirs up some sort of trouble or angst, TV Guide accurately notes today.
But amazingly, his April 30 visit will apparently bring Meredith and Lexie closer together. That would be nice. How do you think his visit will accomplish that?

i hope their dad does stir up 2 much, the relationship between the 2 greys seems fine how it is rite now. i guess it could get better if grow closer 2gether though. cant wait 2 c what happens :).

Maybe he's sick and will be a patient and both his daughters will be at his side...

I was thinking maybe he will be dying and it will bring the girls closer. Either that or he will come to harass one of them and they will stick up for each other.

Well now that Mer's all grown up, I'm guessing Thatch comes all drunk again, only he's at that state where he's mean and he lashes out at Lexie for moving out and leaving him alone or something and Mer comes in and sticks up for her...maybe. But I'm guessing it'll be one of those times where the old Meredith would have run away, but the new Meredith impresses everyone once again.
Or maybe it has something to do with the engagement....hmmmm

I hope they will become friends. It was cute how happy Lexie used to get when Mer was actually nice to her. I haven't seen them in any scenes together for a while.

I totally agree with at heart. Hopefully it will bring the sisters together. I would love to see strong Mer stand up for herself and her sister. I cant wait to see it. I think this is the one aspect of the show that has been lacking this year

maybe he will come in be mean to Lexie and Meredith will defend her or he could come in drunk and start to pick on them and Lexie will introduce her to Mark so they can have better storyline and Mark will help her,that would be so cute

Yeah I agree with those of you who said that he's probably gonna be mad at Lexie and Mer will stick up for her... that'd be nice. I love grown-up Meredith! ;)

The only time I can stand Leexie is with George or Mer, so I hope we do get a great story between the two sisters and that she and Mark finally break up. They just aren't working.
I'd gladly get rid of Lexie to keep George though.
