Below are some promotional photos from the next new episode of Grey's Anatomy, "Sweet Surrender." The episode airs Thursday, April 23 (sigh), but it looks like a good one.
The synopsis says that Izzie throws herself into planning Derek and Meredith's wedding, Callie introduces Arizona as her girlfriend to her disapproving father, George excels in a trauma emergency when Alex freezes, and Owen seeks help with his PTSD.

This episode looks excellent. So far, Bailey has helped children survive. I have a feeling this is going to be the flip side of peds and it's going to be heart wrenching, and that Bailey will take us on the deeply emotional journey of working in peds surgery. I suspect that Arizona is not going to approve of this holding the child, and will warn her about surviving in peds. I wonder if Bailey will change her mind and go back to general surgery
I also like the development of Callie and Arizona. I'm excited to see how they use this to identify more about their relationship.
I find all three of these characters far more interesting than this whole Izzie is/isn't dying bit. I'll be glad for the break!

Meredith is finally wearing a wedding dress!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait! Although something tells me it won't be as easy as it should be... anyway... can't wait!

That dress is hideous on her. It's not the right size or style...I hope it's one that she tries on as a joke or is at least very quickly shot down by her friends.

OMG!!!! this looks freaking fantastic!!! WHY do we have to wait so long to see it?!!!??!! Love the dress! I think the waist line maybe goes down too far? I don't know, it doesn't look quite right, but it's GORGEOUS!!!! I can't imagine that they actually get married, but WOW!!!!
And Bailey and her patient!! So adorable, but I agree with McCynic. It can't all be warm and bubbly...I hope she stays with peds though...
And Callie and Arizona. They work together. I'm really surprised, but they actually work. I don't know if I like it or not, but I like how it's turning out. This meeting with her dad is going to be interesting.

it will be funny if somebody steal the dress of bride.
This has happened once in Africa during World beaty competiton.
Because of that the bulgarian Beaty took 6 place instead of 1 or 2.

What if that's Izzie's daughter? It would make sense because she has leukemia, and the girl in the picture looks to be about 11. What if she needs another transplant or helps Izzie out in some way with her sickness?
