Although I liked her scenes, I'm not sure that Bailey is cut out for Peds. She is getting way, way too attached to these patients. She needs to give herself the speech that she gave Izzie about getting personally involved with patients.

I loved Bailey hugging the little girl and convincing her dad to hug her. That actor was so good. I was in tears.
I loved my George kicking butt, but Alex is right. We need George to be there for Izzie. He can make her feel better. He is her person.
I was glad Alex asked his help for this. It showed big growth.
I want to continue to have lots of George, and please more Gizzie.
I want more MerDer, My friends and i watch all the epis. 2gether and were disipointed with the lack of MerDer!! one minute at the beginningof an epi. is so not enough!! lmao
