I agree with you Greylover. That chapter reminds me when I started to watch the show, when the chapters were special and made me cry and laught with a mix of feelings....
I like the chapter very much but I am still very sad because Izzie is one of my favourite characters and I cried a lot at the end.I think the next one will be better than that and I hope that despite of We know we are going to suffer, everything is going to have a happy ending.
Grey´s is back and George is coming...!!!! In my opinion the secret of the success is to focus more in character´s lifes than medical cases to improve the results. We love characters and lately, we have miss a godd stoyline.

Hands down, one of the best epis so far this season! This brought me back to the Grey story line that we all fell in love with in seasons 1-3. First, let's discuss the classic intern/resident "dramedy. Loved how George and Mer had to deal with the interns and were reluctant, just like Bailey was in the first season. It also reminded me of the elevator scene between George and Mer where they're discussing McBastard and McHottie! Classic. Then there's the switch of roles between MerDer where Derek beceomes Dark and Twisty and Meredith is the one that's so sure of herself and the relationship. What a relief! She's ready and now we know she is and she knows how to bring him back to life as a surgeon. Then the George and Izz exchanges. George will always know more about Izz than she does herself and I love how he knew something was wrong from the beginning. Last but not least, I love how they use Oh's incredible acting to deal with Izz's conditions. I loved all her scenes with Burke and missed them, but I saw her acting come out in this epi and it was incredible. She's always been hardcore, and I'm glad she did tell Alex and Bailey before she performed her first solo.
*thumbs up*

I am completely enthralled with this last episode. It was so powerful and well done. I am on edge waiting to see what is going to happen next. I too agree that it is reminiscent of the first few seasons. I have never loved a show as much as this one! I also enjoyed the added intern love triangle, amusing!

ok a lot of people are saying that Izzie will probably not die because Derek cannot fail again or he will quit. BUT, isn't it possible that he will get the cancer out of her brain successfully? What about her other organs, like the liver? That's not on Derek, right? Can't he successfully help her in his surgery btu maybe they can't get the cancer out of the liver or other organs? Then she may still die and Derek, although he will be very sad, will know it wasn't his fault. So I think we should really keep an open mind....Izzie may very well die! how sad
