Why is Izzie Stevens falling behind at work lately? Who is more immature, Mark or Callie? Will Owen and Alex be able to save a seizing patient with seconds to spare?
These are the questions posed by three all-new previews of tomorrow night's episode of Grey's Anatomy, in which Izzie's health problems are finally faced head-on.
Whatever the specific condition, it's serious. ABC's just-released logline for the March 26 episode says "[Izzie's] condition requires her to undergo a difficult surgery."

Poor George. I see they're still mean to the sweetie. Maybe he'll actually be in this one. The episode looks good though. And, judging by the quote ABC released, it sounds like Derek will return to work to operate on Izzie. And I bet the surgery will be a success because McDreamy is in fact one of the best neurosurgeons in the world. Izzie will live and recover and Derek will come back to work and will have most of his patients survive :-)
What? I'm trying to be optimistic. Then again, I just woke up...

Hm... perhaps the writers have seen our complaints and are now poking fun at it? Or maybe George will finally get a storyline this episode O_O Pffftt....nah. The Izzie scenario is more realistic.

Ohhh, can't wait to see what happens with Callie and Arizona. Callie's scene with Mark is so sweet - see they're best friends!!! LOVE IT!!

I can't but find it cute that Cristina was "i'm supposed to be on trauma today." i need more owen/cristina. can't wait for tomorrow's episode.

I like the pissy looks between Derek and Alex and I hope that Owen can be a mentor to Alex. He needs one since Addison left.

wow chief, pissy mood much? but anyway, ya tomorrow's gonna be good!!!! cristina's so cute with her "no wait, i'm supposed to be on trauma today". and mark and callie-i love the two of them being all best friends and stuff. they're just adorable together! and mer defending derek, i love how much she's matured.
i don't know what to make of the O'Malley comments, although they were funny and he was like "heelllllooooo". love it!

im so excited! i cant wait to hear izzie's final diagnosis. i know it's cancer, but i just want details and stuff. my guess is that is a melanoma with metastisis to the brain. thats what it sounds like from her symptoms and from other guesses and stuff, i agree with that prediction. but even though i think that that's what she has, i really don't want her too! that would most likely kill her and she used to be my favorite character until the whole denny thing. but i would love it if derek has to operate on izzie! then if she lives he would have confidence again. that would be awesome.
I just realized that i just wrote a long paragraph on one subject...haha. so i dont expect more george, but i wish there was :(. cristina and owen r super cute and i want to see what this whole "he unitentionally hurts her" thing. like in the promo when she gets hit into the wall. looks like theres gonna be a bunch of merder stuff so im excited for that too! and i like mark and callie as best friends.

Should Dreamy be operating on Iz? I know it is not the same as if it were Mer say, but they are still emotionally connected. Hopefully Dreamy will save her tho!

You know, I have to say, I've heard EP comment that they laugh at the rumours that flow on their characters etc. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if the George comment was a stab at the rumours.
