Greysaddiction! Yes I loved it.. they were the cutest yesterday in a 'Piece of my Heart'. My sister has seen the first 3 seasons of Greys now (cause I bought all the Seasons to watch them over) hehe :) and yesterday was the first time she'd seen that episode.. and all she kept saying was how adorable George was and he's turned around so much! Like his personality changed over the seasons. He is wonderful. Hope to see more of him asap! It's just not the same with him getting so little airtime.

People, promo show what is not going to happen on the episode. The promo looks intense but when you see the episode is not intense at all. I think is going to be a tame episode.
Yeah, whwen she told Cristina I was like OK this could work. May be nice friendship could be grown. It is could make some sense because Cristina might know what to do (I'm sure everyone else would know as well) but Cristina would like start rapid treatment too.
there's has gotta be SOME George in the episode that we've all been waiting for.
Is this the episode where the NEW Neurosurgeon comes in or will it be March 19th epi??? Der will only be gone from SGH for (1-2) epi. I sure hope we see him at home with Mer during this time!!
I can't believe Mer finds out about the proposal and the ring. How messed up is that???
I guess Der will be proposing in the elevator in the march 19th epi. That will be so cool. Man, I sure miss the elevator!!!

Bah MerDer is basically the only reason I still watch, but the show has lost it for me. I miss George and Izzie too. Their relationship was such a huge part of them and they don't feel like the real George and Izzie without it. It makes no sense they loved each other so much since day 1 and now they can't seem to care less. Love doesn't go away like that. I am not necessarily talking about romantic love even though I do love them as a couple, but about their love as best friends, the one they had from the first episode.
That doesn't go away.
I am really hating Shonda for killing their friendship and treating George so badly.

I also can't wait and I think it's going to be very intense and I think we are going to see a lot of Cristina in this episode because this will be her fist solo-surgery and then Izzie will tell her her secrete and then there is there is Owen, but I'm happy about that because I love Cristina but what I love even more is Meredith and Derek.
I think that will be also very interesting to see how that relationship will go and I think Shanda has a good reason that Meredith will find out about the proposing, maybe that will be even better, I know for sure she will surprise us once again,like she always does.
And about Izzie, well she is kinda starting to annoy me but I think Shanda has a good reason for that, and about George I not really sure of course I love George but he isn't really the most important character in the show but still, I think we just have to wait.

I don't think she will tell George, because one she hasn't told him anything in the entire season so why now and two I don't think she down's want to tell it to anybody but she had to so she will tell Cristina only, and if she tell somebody else I think that would be Alex because she already told him about Denny

George maybe not the most important character, but he is important to many of us fans and he used to be very important to the show.
How would you like it if someone told you your favorite character wasn't important? Most of us love George here and I am tired of the few who don't telling us to get over it and downplaying his importance to us.

When George was with Callie, she absolutely had to have him now she doesn't care anymore at all? The real Izzie would never ask like this.
As for the person saying this is just a 30-second promo, George is not mentioned in the recap or any of the spoilers for the next two episodes and is not shown in any of the photos either.
And also it might be a 30-second promo but we pretty much see all the characters but him.
And with Shonda's stellar record all season with George, I think it is very safe to see he is again going to get screwed over.
Shonda is so terrified of the Gizzie haters she is screwing everyone who ever loved them, not just their romantic fans but their friendship fans too. It isn't fair!

But that's not it completely. I mean last season Cristina didn't really have a story arc-- it was post-Burke and so she didn't have a big relationship or anything. BUT her screen time didn't really suffer b/c she was still in a lot of scenes w/ Mer and she had a small story with Hahn having taken over head of cardio and trying to win her favor. Alex occasionally has had no big story, but you always see him in the OR or linked to a medical case with other docs, or around at Mer's house or sleeping around, etc. My point is, when the other main characters don't have a big story going on for them, they are still seen on the screen interacting with all the other main characters, playing a part in the other characters' big story arcs and working on medical cases. We have barely seen George at all ALL season!!! It's excessive.
BUT I am hopeful that we will see him this episode still. He wasn't in pics or spoilers or the promo, but I still have my fingers crossed. I still hope that in epis to come we will see him by Izzie's side-- exactly where he should be. AND if he isn't, well I don't buy it. I probably won't buy the whole story with Izzie and how it turns out-- I won't buy that Izzie would go through something this big w/o her best friend, George by her side.
And really, if our pleads for more George time annoy people then, OH WELL!!!!

I agree. The proof that it has never been so bad is all the critics including this site are noticing. I don't remember them ever posting missing notices for other characters on Grey before. Why? Because even when they didn't have big stories, they had airtime and they showed up and they did medical work. None of them went without doing anything medical for a whole season. None of them had 2 minutes of airtime episode after episode after episode.
That is why we are whining, that is why the critics are all saying something about it when they didn't say anything about other characters before.
TR has the right to whine and we George fans have the right to whine.
Not only did they kill his friendship with Gizzie, they killed his friendships with everyone else, the potential Gexie hookup and his medical career all at the same time and now he is like the ghost of George.
George is an amazing character that is beloved by most fans. The Gizzie friendship is beloved. There is NO excuse for what they are doing to him and all George fans.
