Its like it took sooooooo long with the whole finding about izzy...to the point to where it annoyed me. But in that single moment last night of when everyone knew and they were getting her ready it hit me. All this time and energy and person we have known throughout all these seasons could die and leave us. Its not about what the actress herself and what she is doing outside greys but the character we have grown with. Its losing family....and seeing alexs face when he found out....it broke me.
oh and i agree with whoever said this...but the intern storyline i thought was stupid too....very pointless.

The episode was amazing minus Slexiepuke. I vomitted in my mouth when little girl Lexie said they think we are ugly but we are beautiful in her prebuscent childish voice. Was that line aimed at the haters? if so, it just made me hate them more.
God can Lexie get run over or something so we never have to hear her annoying stuttering again?
But the rest of the show was amazing.
Meredith and George, Alex and Cristina, George finding out and giving Izzie the most heartbreaking smile ever.
I loved this episode, it was so moving. This was the first episode that George was in more than one scene in a long time, I'm glad he had a role in this episode instead of basically being an extra. It broke my heart when Christina told Alex/Bailey about Izzie, just the expression on Alex's face was heartbreaking. I loved when Izzie was in the room with "blow hole" when Mark was telling him that he needed his friends the most in this difficult time, and you could see a light go off in Izzie's head that she wanted/needed to fight. Awesome episode, I can't wait for next week!

Great episode!!it was like the good old days of Grey's with the five interns, now residents, together.
The chief and Der are perfect actors. Mer is ewxcellent actress and beautiful woman.
Bailey of course is priceless.
The whole story with the interns is stupid and meaningless.
As for Slexie they are disgusting both as actors and stories.kick them out.you give them precious screentime

George had 3 scenes the last episode too but very short ones. Still he had 2 good scenes with Izzie, one where she said she'd be honoured to be like him and one where he said he would always care for her.
But it is the first time since 5.4 he was actually an integral part of the show, and I was so glad about that.
I missed him.
Slexie take too much time away from him and MerDer.
I don't like them, enough with shoving them down our throats.

Lexie makes me vomit with her lack of ethics in personal or professional life.
We really cannot understand why those two have so much screentime instread of George or Bailey or the chief or Christina.
Enough with it!!!

I loved Thursday episodes I cry it was sad to see Izzie going through the cancer. She should have told Alex or some one before that she had cancer then they would have Treated it right away instead of now when it is in stage 4 and she has to get a lot of treatment and a lot of surgery. I feel bad for Alex cause now he has to go through this with her and he has so much on his plate with the hospital and now he has to watch Izzie like a book but he is going to be their for here cause he really loves her but i wish she would have told him earlier that she had cancer But Izzie is strong and she can get through this and so can Alex. And i hope they don't take Izzie off the show cause this is getting really good and i Love Alex and Izzie they make a great couple and i hope she does not leave him cause then that will be an even bigger story but it was good episodes keep up with the show

What about Izzie's daughter? Is she going to try to get Hannah to meet her while she is possibly on her deathbed?
I think Meredith told him that she couldn´t love him if he weren´t a doctor anymore not because she wouldn´t love him anymore, but because she couldn´t love someone who walks away from such an amazing gift... and the part about Izzie was because now Izzie needs him to get himself together and use his talent as a great surgeon to save her life... she may have 5% chances to live, but without Derek the odds can´t be the same, right?

This episode was amazing! Loved the end, what Mer said in the voiceover was so moving. And I don't want Izzie to die!
And the Mer-Der scene at the end was also really good. She really does love him, even though she didn't say it back. She said I know because even though he did say all these horrible things to her, she knows that he still loves her. He didn't mean it and he made a mistake, and everone can come back from that. However, I'm expecting a real apology too.
And I get that she said "No" to "Will you still love me if I wasen't a surgeun?". Derek's a surgeon. That's who he is. That's the man she fell in love with. And for Der to just give up on who he is, he won't be the same any more. And she needed to push him in the right direction.
Also the Der/Owen/Callie scenes at the trailer was amazing! Really moving to hear their different stories.
And Sandra Oh was as fantastic as she always is! There are actually a lot of people that should get an Emmy this year! Sandra, Patrick, Ellen, Chandra and Katie have all proved that they deserve to get some recognition!

The episode was a great! It showed Cristina caring for Izzie and actually put time to help her instead of focusing on her solo patient. Although she didnt answer her patients questions did kind of bug me but it was for Izzie. I also liked how little Grey stepped up! And her and sloan are great together! I see a different side of sloan which is good and I'm hoping Derek can get it together and find that ring that's just right there..... :( .

Yeah another side to Mark. An unprofessional unethical side that has him giving his childish lover all the good cases and ignoring all his other students, another side that has him being so unforgiving to his best friend, and let's not forget the completely sleazy side of kissing a girl who looks like his daughter right in front of all his interns.
Try to kiss your boss at work and see how fast you get fired.
The little sl*t disgusts me and she takes way too much time. Not to mention Chyler is not only unsexy as hell, she can't act.
Lexie was awesome when she was in love with George, and they made a great couple but now yuck.
I also hate Alex and Izzie. He is an abusive selfish idiot who doesn't deserve her. I adore her with both Denny and George but seeing her with Alex just about makes me boil. I guess some people root for abuse here.
Sabrina Says:

And yes Chyler should get fired and all her airtime should go to George. Except for a few people out there, everyone hates her and pretty much everyone loves George.
I may be the only one that found this week's intern story quite funny. I thought that they were operating on themselves again but at the end...Mer may have learned a few things about Bailey.
I am going to sound inhuman but I didn't feel any pity or anything (aside from being annoyed) by Izzie. Just because she is Derek's way back to the OR, I'll take it.
Mark and Lexie. Blah. That's it.
I thought that the scene in the trailer with Derek and the Chief has been one of the best in the series. It was the first time I saw Derek so vulnerable and in a big amount of pain, especially when he talked about not knowing what to do to get Mer back. He is a surgeon. A doctor. And Mer loves him.
I wasn't that amused (if that's the word) by this episode. I thought that the SK arc was way better but have to admit, this was a good one.

Mark and Lexie don't bother me nearly as much as they used to. I'm getting used to them, but I honestly don't like them very much together.
I've never been a huge George fan but even I was going "GEORGE!" every time he was on the screen this week. I'm glad he's being brought back in, even if it's to help Izzie die (because I can't imagine it happening any other way). Alex and George's faces when they were told. Alex just looked awful. I felt so bad for him. George immediately takes off running. He knew something was wrong! The whole time George knew!
For those of you who want to scream and yell about how could Izzie tell Cristina first. Easy. Cristina was the perfect person for her to tell. Cristina was strong enough to do what Izzie was not ... tell the people who Izzie loves and who love Izzie. Even though she was rude, unprofessional and ignoring her patient and completely wrong to do so, I'm very glad to see that she did, because old Cristina would never have put ANYTHING before that surgery, and in this instance she felt that helping Izzie was that important (which shows some growth).
