all i can say is....HOLY COW!! That was an amazing episode. Derek and Meredith literally switching identities is so crazy and awesome! I was sooooooo PROUD of Meredith for not running away and standing firm. I can't wait till they find their happiness!!! Watching Karev make a 180 is awesome too...he is this completely different person....a person who has matured and is facing his future!!! GO Karev!!! and lastly..thank God finding about izzy is finally over! I can now feel for her without being annoyed.

Honestly, wow this was an awesome episode! It seemed everyone had something going on except poor George. I loved the Lexie and Mark scenes (shes totally showing)! If Meredith and Derek don't get married this season, I totally see mark and Lexie doing it. Not many people see it, but they have chemistry. I totally agree about the Izzie thing, I want to feel for her as well and hope she battles it out. I cant see her dying, especially when Patrick Dempsey was on the view a few days ago, he said all he knew was they all had 2 year contracts left.

That was an amazing episode! So many great scenes.
I think in the end Izzie will turn to Derek for help and he'll finally give in and agree to operate on her. It will work and he'll get his confidence back and rejoin the surgical team.

I am sorry, but that was my favorite part of the show!! But, I am a huge Mark Sloan fan!! I love those two.
All of you previous mark/lexie haters...have you changed your minds yet?

Izzie's cancer is a cheap story for the rest good episode. Happy to see the trailer again!!! Good acting from PD. Good acting for the rest of the gang as well.

Izzy is great and Kat is a great actor. The story is the best.

No Megan, not only we haven't changed our minds but we got
more frustrated and irritated by this line!! It is so unreal and so cheap.Mark betrayed his friend and Lexie uses everything, including her boss, to find her way through the job.That's the real story and that's how we feel about this story together with the fact that Mexie have a lot more time of the show than they deserve.
So, the only thing you had to say about this episode was about mexie???

Best episode in the whole season! We finally got the long-awaited Gizzie friendship and an explanation(cheap, but still) for him not being around Izzie. And that last scene between Meredith and Derek was so heartbreaking, yet it proves that Mer is whole and healed and she's not walking away.

No I hate Mexie more than ever. Callie fixed him, not Lexie. I don,t believe in their insta-love. It came out of nowhere and it felt more like Lexie latching on to any guy who would give her the slightest attention.
Most of all, they don't have an ounce of chemistry together. I resent this show trying to push their so-called love so hard. The more they push,k the more I hate them.
The only thing I really loved this episode were the George and Izzie scenes.
TR and Katie still have it in spades, and I am so glad they are letting both george and Izzie show they care about each other. It seemed she was terrified of doing that for a while. The you do paper all the time and I stay away from you because of Alex were etrrible excuses for george's complete lack of airtime and for them actying like the Gizzie friendship didn,t exist.
It looks like they finally heard us about wanting that friendship back, but we still need more George.

Yeah well maybe she'll hear us about giving George an actual story. Three scenes is still not enough even though I did love Izzie telling him how great he was. i started bawling like a baby. I love those two and george deserves praising so much.
But why does everyone have a love life nd success but him? If anyone deserves happiness and success on this show, it is George. he is the sweetest most decent character ever and like Izzie says, he never steps on people like so many of the other characters do.
mark and Lexie? They still don't work and I am sorry, but their fans are seeming kind of pathetic. They always seem to be trying to make us love them so hard. Maybe if you try so hard, there is something wrong with the couple, don't you think?
They have zero chemistry and I hate that they had to destroy the Gexie friendship and act like Addie and Callie never meant anything to Mark just to prop up Lexie the perfect girl wonder and their so-called true wuv.
There is no way that Lexie the pre-schooler twit fixed Mark and Eric and Chyler still have as much non-existent chemistry as ever.
They are NOT working, so why doesn't Shonda drop the couple? They are ru ning this show.
No wonder the ratings are so bad with no George, and so much Slexiepuke.
