"Elevator Love Letter" certainly had some intense moments, both good and bad. Characters were forced to lean on each other like never before over the course of the hour.

This episode was perfect. All of the actors were just fantastic last night. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

IT WAS AMAZING. PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT. I am beyond words it was SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOOOD. Ahhh. Love :) :) :)

I had 6 favorite scenes 1. When Owen had his night terrors and choked Chris. 2. Loved Loved Loved the Callie and AZ dance:) 3. Thought it was cute the way Callie and Merridith stood guard protecting Chris. 4. Was proud of Chris that she realized that she couldn't be with Owen. Cause she was scared of him. 5. And Izzy was very heart wrenching the way she ask Bailey if she really thought she would be here in a year. 6. Loved the way Derrick proposed in the elevator. That was the sweetest. I never thought it would happen like that. Very good episode. I loved it.

i liked the episode and all, it was ok, not as good as the promo proclaimed it to be though. One thing that is ridiculous in the show though, is the amount of attendings sleeping with interns and residents without punishment. i doubt that is realistic. perhaps there should be a meeting with the chief and all of the staff about how those sleeping with workers at the hospital should come forward. Then again, i do not know what would happen in such cases at a good American hospital.
