Earlier today we posted the first ABC promo, and now a sneak preview of "Elevator Love Letter" has been released. As you can see in the two-minute clip below, ailing Izzie Stevens is facing an uphill fight - the fight of her life, to say the least. Can she possibly survive?

Ah, poor Alex. The seeing Denny thing will come to light for him. I can see him blaming himself.
I reckon Bailey will have a stand-off with the cancer doctor.

Oh, I don't want Izzie to die! Also, how will Derrick ever come out of his depression if Izzie dies after his surgery? That will just be one more patient of his who has died.

I know you all thing Alex feels bad for considering her seeing Denny as trite, but George also feels guilty for backing away with his friendship status. I'm sure he feels like his absence prevented her from telling everyone sooner.

Oh and why should George feel guilty? He tried to warn Alex remember and Alex the jerk blasted him to shut up about Izzie because the idiot was so jealous of George.
And Shonda is the one not using George. Don't blame george, blame Shonda who hates him!

An okay clip but to address the who's getting married scenario, if Izzies gonna die it seems practical that Alex being this in love great guy now will proclaim his love to her and yes marry her because he wants to see her happy b4 the inevitable happens. After she dies this would just add depth to his charcter for up coming seasons. More pain to wallow in and swim thru.
