I agree with you, Nina. I remember that as well, and I that's how I recall what Shonda said about Izzie.
And I totally agree with you, drcookchick-- let's leave the pessimism behind and be totally happy about this great news!!! 13 is looking like a VERY lucky # to me!!!

I hear ya, kristen! I keep wanting to see 5.1 again b/c of all the references back to it, but I don't have a windows OS or MacIntosh and the darn player doesn't work for me!!

But other than that, today is blah. 2 out of 3 of my kids are sick. my youngest has been sleeping since 10am (only reason why I've had this much time on Greys Insider today!), but we are supposed to go away for the w/e, so..........

to tell you the truth-- when my middle one gets sick, he scares me a bit. He's very small for his age and gets hit hard with every cold and flu and gets strange things sometimes. But the docs assure me he's OK...

So, contrary to popular approach, I won't believe they are NOT leaving until I've seen the season six premiere with both of them in it. ;-)

Oh I am freaking happy. I love Izzie, and I especially love my sweet georgie. I think I rewatched all his scenes from yesterday like 20 times already. Is it me or does he just have a dreamy voice, especially in the scene with Mer? Probably because TR is a theater actor.
Please nobody rain on my George is staying parade, and he and Izzie had scenes. I am so happy.
I agree with every word you said, Hilda :-) I love T.R. Knight, he's such a wonderful, talented actor and I was thrilled to see him have so many scenes last night. Especially with him being involved with Izzie. That was wonderful.
Also, Shonda specifically said that the brain condition was not a tumor; doesn't mean it can't be an aneurysm. Remember Season 2 Episode 1 and the standstill? Joe had that all of his life and it didn't affect him one bit until something made it swell. Though, I think it's hard for Shonda to say it's NOT a brain tumor since Izzy is showing classic markers for it. Remember the vision thing? Flashback to when Meredith was doing a vision test on Richard O'Meara's character, aka Brother of Bear Attack. Remember how he couldn't see the fingers until a certain point? And Meredith did mention that during the whole 'Andre' incident, even thought he ended up being real, that the tumor could've caused the man's existence. I kind of feel that all these episodes leading up to Denny were subtle hints to Izzy's symptoms.
It's ridiculous if they do really want to leave. Janifer Aniston didn't leave her "friends" until it had all ended off.
Izzie can walk away just because she is dubbed the new American sweetheart title.
Yay yay yay, I was so upset over them leaving. I just had my heart broken. I love them both so much. I love Izzie. And I love George, he just has me heart and soul.
I really hope he is involved in Izzie's story and they can be super close again.
Yay for TR and Katie and my Gizzie.
