It's finally here: the beginning of the big crossover event. But there's plenty going on in Seattle besides the much-anticipated overlap with Private Practice's Addison & Co.
In tonight's episode of Grey's Anatomy, "Beat Your Heart Out," McDreamy has the engagement ring - and everybody, we mean everybody at SGH - is going to see it.
With the exception of Meredith Grey, of course.
Elsewhere, Lexie demands that Mark go public with their relationship, while Bailey, encouraged by her work on recent cases and by Dr. Dixon, considers a new direction for her medical career. Cristina's relationship with Owen continues to progress, as well.

I think it is a two hour combined Grey's anatomy/Private Practice episode which sucks cuz of school!

It looks like its going to be an hour of grey's and then an hour of private practice, with private practice being the crossover episode.

The cross over officially begins at the end of PP. Grey's is a regular episode.
It does suck that Derek doesn't propose but he better...soon...before Mer finds out anyway.
I don't have school but do have to work. Thank God for DVR.

i just read that it is an hour of Grey's anatomy and then derek is going to be on Private Practice! im not sure if other characters are going to be on there or not though!
