I love how izzie reminds Mer to smile and that look on Dereks face is so funny, he's like O-K, Mer's so cute she looks so scared, plus i love how derek takes his mums suitcase, he's a good little boy, oh, and i love Mark, "Mrs Shepherd, you look great, oh damn, catch up later" that was so funny

I love the second one! its so funny. i love how izzie is in the background reminding mer to smile. She is so scared and nervous. I love her face at the very end when derek's mom says she wants to get to know mer. this episode is going to be funny!
