Private Practice has already moved to the same night as its "parent" series, Grey's Anatomy. But a week from Thursday, February 5, will mark an unprecedented development for both as two of TV's top dramas join forces in a much-anticipated crossover event.
Grey's Anatomy is off next week, while Private Practice is airing a new episode, entitled "Second Chances." Then on February 5, Addison seeks Derek's help to treat her brother, Archer, as the preview for the next new Grey's, "Beat Your Heart Out," shows.
Also, could Derek be popping the question?! Just 13 more days ...

this will be sooooooo good? I wish it was a day closer to (uh, maybe today?) and not it 12 days (ahhhh!). What is Cristina doing to or with Owen? It's like she's wrestling something out of his hands. When Mcwedding comes up, it'd be cool if the Chief walked Mer down the aisle.

I love how they say "just 13 more days" like its nothing! do they know how many people are going to be dying! Two weeks is too long!

My OMEGOMEGOMEG excitement apart... WHAT IS CRISTINA DOING TO OWEN? Ok, didn't mean to make it sound so accusatory... for Cristina. But when I need to hold my friends like that, it means they're FUCKIN' ANGRY or FUCKIN' DRUNK or FUCKIN' WHATEVER-IT-IS-THAT-MAKES-YOU-STUPIDLY-AGRESSIVE. It looked that way to me. An agressive Owen being stopped by Cristina. Now, I can't wait to find out what makes him that angry... Is that old lover of his coming to town already?

OMG I CANT WAIT FOR THE MCWEDDING!!! meridith will most likely say no and screw her life up again though which really sucks...but still...a MCPOSAL!!(proposal)....hopefully all goes well...which it obviosly wont but i am going to die waiting for 2 whole weeks!!!!!!!!!!! i need to see more ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!
