Last night's episode of Grey's Anatomy, "All By Myself," contained no shortage of memorable scenes, exchanges and moments, a couple of which we've posted below.
In the flrst clip, Alex is so excited about winning the solo surgery - but even more so at the prospect of telling Izzie he loves her and being there for her this time.
Of course, she's not really with it as Denny is there, watching the whole thing...
In the second clip, Lexie Grey expresses her deep admiration for Mark Sloan's surgical prowess, then gets assertive and asks him to teach her something else entirely ...

Eh? I would think that ABC would give us a vid of Cristina and Owen in the vent? I thought that was totally romantic! It made me gush so much.

I am only waiting for Addison to visit because these stories suck! the aneurysm induced ghost and Lexie throwing herself at Mark are so exasperating... I only feel sorry for Alex, he is putting himself out ther, just like Meredith with her famous "pick me! choose me! love me!" and is about to get the same response... meaning the other one is gonna get picked, only in this case is a dead man... I knew Alex loved Izzie the minute he cheated on her with Olivia, but the truth is, she thinks she is so much better than him but it isn´t true, she is just like him, she is an adulterer and she is cheating now, only emotionally since she is basically having sex with herself, right?
we need more Cristina, more Meredith, more George, since he is almost non existant, more BAILEY... they brought Owen to Cristina, make them do interesting things together...
PLEASE!!! stop messing with ghosts or visions or whatever, and give Lexie some self respect, it was almost a pity-fuck, at least it looked like it...

OMG, that alex-izzie scene is so beautiful!!! Alex is great, I feel soooo sorry for him! And then Izzie's facial expression... Poor her, too. Great,great,great!

Ok... Little Grey and Sloan... NOOOOOO- what a mistake!! This is a horrible idea- she's looks like alittle girl and he's a MAN!She needs to stick to George. Sloan needs a woman.. I don't know what on earth the writers were thinking here... yuck.

After that scene with Lexopedia and Sloan last night, I don't think I even want her with George. She's too immature and idiotic to be with him. George deserves better than that -.-
Now I sort of hate Lexie...

Helen- If the show was based on ethics, there would not be a lot of characters left on the show. I think Lexie ROCKS!! She is an awesome actress and one of my favs on the show.
I think she is lonely and likes sloan and wants sex. It happens to the best of them. I thought the scene was hot and can not wait to see what happens between them.
I love owen and christina..they make a great pair.
I miss seeing Dereck....need more mcdreamy and I am glad they are showing more of mcsteamy.
Love this show....has gotten so much better!

The best episode in a while. The only bad thing is that Denny's there yet. I so wanted him to leave in the end of the episode.
Mer remembered me the first season when she said "It's one of us down there." I thought "That's why you name the show!" She grew up so much... Whe she was with the pacient who told her sister she wanted her to die... She grew up a lot.
Derek helped Mer through her fight with Cristina, and was so charming, like always.
And this episode was all about Cristina. She's the one should be down there... She's it. And Owen. OMFG. He's great for her.
Izzie could kick Denny out. Really. I hope it is some brain damage, so Derek can fix it.
AND ALEX. OMG, ALEX! IF SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE STUNNED. He's so good. He so deserves the surgery. He's amazing, really.
Lexie is great. And gives Mark a great storyline. And, OMG, Mark's going to get a storyline for the first time ever!
Callie's being followed by the new-fake-Madonna-accent-hot-intern, and I liked it.
BAILEY ROCKS, BTW "I WAS YOUNG, GIFTED AND BLACK!"
And George... needs to get more into the medicine... So we can watch Dr. O'Malley instead of Bambi.
One of the best episodes ever.

george is sorta back ; finally! people should listen to him though.
