Has anyone else wondered... if Izzie is not ill, like Shonda has hinted at, then she might be crazy? And once she's mentally ill she'll never be allowed to be a doctor!
I hate that Meredith and Cristina are fighting - where's the love guys?? And also agree, hate Melissa George, if only for her daft accent.

i think that the whole denny/izzie this is rubbish! i was hoping for the whole izzie/alex thing to work out this season, but it hasnt and im annoyed. if izzie's killed off i am going to stop watching the show because i absoutly love alex and izzie. they better end this storyline quick because it is realllllllly annoying me!
Remember the movie "A Beautiful Mind"? Where the Russel Crowe character (John Nash) sees this fake US agent? (based on a true story)
Maybe Izzie has the same thing. A more benign type of schizophrenia, that is.
BUT that would effectively remove her from being able to be a Doctor, much less a surgeon.
But ah, how doe she get out of it? Only one person - Alex. She MUST seriously fall in love with Alex, and then she'll be over Denny. Just like any love story. It should take many episodes, where Alex can actually do things for her, but Denny cannot. Reminds me of Ratatouille, where the fat chef can't do anything because he is only a figment of Remy's mind.
I love this show, at least I did. I hate the hole Izzie/Denny plot. Don´t get me wrong the first time I saw Denny again with Izzie I cryied it was cute when she just felt his presence, but making love to a dead guy is plain creapy. He needs to leave the show! No matter if she´s sick or not... hopping she´s not! But either way. Is just wrong.
She is not only doing that but not taking care of the clinic, and specially not being there for her hot real boyfriend. Alex is finally a great guy, who loves her. Let go the dead dude.
And George... he was just cut off from the group, from Lexie, from his friends... Whats up with that???
Mc Steamy is way too hot for Lexie, she is like a child, I liked him with Torres they where hot togeter!

I have no idea what's going on with Grey's Anatomny this season. The whole Denny and Izzie story is really insane. I turn off the tv whenever they appear on the screen. It's too painful to watch. Yes we like Denny and if he was so great and Izzie and Denny had that fire, that chemistry. Why kill him off the show in the first place? There has to be another way of giving the viewers an idea that Izzie is losing her mind, for whatever reason... Tumor, craziness, stress... having sex with a ghost isn't it. I think GA is jumping in with the sharks with this one. This is one season I might have to miss.

I think it is great, their are many shows that main characters end up leaving and for Izzy to be able to be with her true love is great, be even better if she finds out that Denny is there to help her move on to the "afterlife"!

I like the story line of Izzy and Denny reuniting. I just wish they would keep it more sincere and romantic, a heartbreaking reunion. Ghosts do exist. I think they should bring Meredith into this and let her tell Izzy her encounter with Denny and the other dead. There is a way to make this story line believable yet even if they turn this into a medical problem. I would like this to be shown that miracles do exist and some of us are given a few moments of wonderful that was snatched away from us. I know you writers can work this out. It needs to end up with the special love that Izzy and Denny shared leaving us in tears once again. Lets hope we can keep that precious moment at the end of Season Two alive forever. It was too heart breaking to ruin its memory.
Honestly i think they are keeping the story line open in case they need to kill off Izzie. Maybe she isn't sure if she will leave the show or not, if she does Oh look they thought of that. I'm a huge Denny fan and him and Izzie back together was fun at first but this is really getting old. I think if they want people to watch me personally, I would let things get Christina with Owen get serious and then I would bring back Burke, now that friends is good tv. Who wouldn't watch that, Seriously?

I love Denny and I hated it when they killed him off the show. However.... you cannot bring back the dead for any reason. Stupid.
I will agree, the show has lost something. I can't pinpoint any one area in general - it's just boring.
Now word is TR Knight is leaving the show due to him not likeing the storyline for his character. I don't blame him. He doesn't have any big things happening this season.
I will most likely continue to watch the show, and most likely continue to fall asleep 20 minutes into it and not care that I missed anything. Right now...the best thing about the show is Sloan. I LOVE his humor.

ok, i am completely bored with the izzie/denny story line. i love watching izzie and alex evolve as a couple and that has been put on a stand still for this nonsense. i wish the storyline would be revealed and allow us an opportunity to move on!

I bought all four seasons of greys on dvd but I won't waste my money on this one. Why even bother adding new characters if they are not going any where. What happened to George, he was great now he's a cold fish with no story. Izzie and a dead guy that is the best you could do, come on shonda. The only character with any story lines that are real is baily, (favoritism shonda, for sure). Start writing and have a little faith that your audience is not stupid. If I wanted fantasy TV I would watch the WB. Ghosts? Sex with ghosts, give me a break. You lost me at hello this season shonda. Too bad, I was a good fan too. I am going back to re-runs of ER next year!

Same thing happened with Nicholas Casidine when his fiancee died. He was able to see her, talk to her and feel her but it was all due to a brain tumor. He had to make a difficult choice...have surgery to save his life but not see her anymore or continue seeing her and risk dying. "Very original".

Katherine Heigl needs to go!!!!! She is not the star of this show, and shouldn't have all of the screen time that she seems to feel she deserves. The Izzie/Denny storyline is a turn-off for me, this sex thing with a dead entity is sickning, and I switch the channel whenever they are on. As a matter of fact, whenever Katherine is in a scene, I go to another channel or read a book. I do not like her in this show at all, and have not watched any of her movies. I am NOT a fan of hers. I would be happy if she were to leave the show permanently!!!!!
There are too many new characters this season. We do not need Sadie, who is really twisted and weird. We do not need Denny.
I'm sad that TR is leaving. I really like him as George, but I understand his reason for wanting to leave. Shonda does not treat her stars very well. She caters to the pains in the ass like Katherine...and doesn't appreciate those who made the show so popular with the fans like..Patrick and Ellen, Chandra, Sandra, Eric, Justin and TR Knight and Sara. She gives the time onscreen to the likes of Katherine and dead Denny, and gives us glimpses of Derek/Meredith, and George. We do see Bailey, Dr Hunt, Christina, Sloan, Lexie, Alex, the Chief, but more of the new people and the interns than the main characters. I think this show is doomed. Shonda doesn't listen to the fans of this show....it's too bad, because she will be cancelled one of these days, viewer numbers are dropping every week, and she'll realize that we hold the future of her shows in our hands, won't she?....
I do miss sexy times with Derek and Meredith, don't you????
i think this story line is getting pretty ridculous...even if it is because of an aneurysm. Dead people shouldn't come back to tv unless your watch Ghost Whisperer or something. if shonda doesnt watch out, grey's will become similar to a crazy soap opera.

hahaha As I saw nobody really liked this whole Denny-Izzie story and that's true, it totally sucks and, for me, this whole I-have-an-allucination disease was so predictable and boring.. no matter how she's going to name the illness it is totally like I-knew-it, As most of people here already said I think they should give a chance to the other characters like Cristina and Bailey they are really funny and cant be passed by. And what about derek and Meredith? whatahell is this with them beeing like an old married couple? come on guys there's a weak line between inovation and ridiculous and guess what? this whole thing trespassed it.
