Plenty of relationships between characters (living and dead) and other story lines are up in the air as Grey's Anatomy heads into its last episode before the new year this evening.
In tonight's episode, "All By Myself," Denny is even more of a presence in Izzie's life than before. What's up with Lexie and Mark? And will Sadie and Callie become an item soon?
There's a lot of drama related to the big solo surgery, too, as the videos and photos we've posted previewing the episode makes quite clear. It should be very interesting to watch.
