Starting Thursday, January 8, ABC will air new episodes of Grey's Anatomy and its spin-off, Private Practice, on the very same night, as it probably should have done all along.
In any case, the network has released a brand new promo to celebrate the return of both medical dramas and to get us excited about some of the things to come in 2009 ...

I'm from Denmark and watch season five online until it comes to Denmark in spring 2009.
Can anybody, who understands english better than me, tell me what Derek and Meredith says in this promo? They talk so fast, that I cant understand it.
