This is just getting strange.
In the sneak preview below from tonight's episode of Grey's Anatomy, "In the Midnight Hour," there are some, um, amorous noises coming from Izzie's room, but Alex isn't exactly in there.
Naturally, Meredith, Alex and Derek are all rather confused ...

The first one is hilarious!!! I also like Meredith's slightly panicked "DEREK?!". Also, his reaction when he hears the noise: "Who's making a porn movie in Izzie's room?" Priceless...

hehehe DEREK!!!! it is one of the few times that Meredeth ACTUALLY shows without paying attention how much she loves him :D and that's good but we need some MER_DER romantic moments people like season 2 where they werent living toegtehr!!!!

Why is Alex not reacting to Izzie's orgasm screams, first we have pod nice Alex now non-reacting Alex. I don't like AI but you'd think he would react more, and I am not recognizing Alex lately.
