I justt think, tahat Izzie is leaving from the show anyway, she don't like the writers really, they don't like the statement she gave to the Emmys. In the end it just will turn out, that she went CRAZY and because she can't hold the Denny, Alex, Georg thing, friends leaving ...
She just will quit the hospitel and the show, and just go.
(I think it will happen this way, but as a REAL Grey's Anatomy fan I hope it won't happen.)

I am so freakin sick and tired of all the George/Gizzie fans whining all the time! You guys are so quick to get upset if someone doesnt like George/Gizzie and then turn around and are just as unaccepting about other peoples opinions. I love George and I think he'll get more screen time in the future, but you have to consider every season a character is kinda left outta the mix a little. I mean the show is really only 45 minutes long with commercials and it's hard to incorporate every SINGLE character. I'm an Alex/Izzie fan and I think Shonda has been pulling for them all long. In seasons 3 and 4 she kinda made sure to show that they still had a bond and some chemistry. I hope these two really get a chance and we get to learn more about Alex. I'm sick of the whole Denny storyline and definitely ready to move on!!

Sometimes, things just happen without thought or reason. I have had supernatural experiences, so have many people that I know. Sometimes, you just cannot explain what happens. Not everything in this world is rational, and it seems that people are having a lot of trouble accepting that.
And I think that is what Grey's is currently trying to portray. For one, I am ecstatic to see Denny back.
Good for you Shonda - good for you for taking such a great leap. Guess it just goes to show who the show's real fans are.
We are lucky to even have Grey's Anatomy. Any number of things could have gone wrong and prevented the show from getting this far, so be grateful for what we all have - and that is an amazing tv show. So suck it up and get over it. Or stop watching. Nobody says you have to watch this whole Izzie/Denny thing.

The only explanation I can come up with is the whole thing is a dream. If it's not a brain tumor, not a mental disorder (if she had a mental disorder, I think we would have seen it emerge when Denny DIED -- hint, hint writers. He's DEAD. Ohmy in one preview it shows Alex and Meredith in the hallway tryin to figure out why Izzie is in her room making sex noises and Alex is in the hall. Very, very creepy. I want this whole storyline to just stop. Izzie is freakin me out and I feel really bad for Alex. He's trying to be a better person and this will just drag him down. this doesnt make sense.. although i've never gone through death of someone close to me (fortunately), i dont understand how 'seeing' the dead is in anyways realistic.. i thought izzie has moved on ever since she and george were together, and now alex with her... it just seems inconsistent on her personality. even though last ep was her and the heart patient, but to me, that was the final attachment of what has happened 3 years ago..
then all these characters shifts...i thought greys was built upon open casting not based on whether if 'he' or 'she' has the standard tv star looks. hahn might not fit in with the rest of the crew but she stands on her own and her characters does speak to those out there who might be just as socially awkward as she is.. she's someone who lives a very real life, closer to the rest of us.. and for ABC to cut her is irrational reasoning. no need for sadie, callie is a fine character which we dont really know either.. so i dont understand why the storylines dont allow growth of the attendings too? we know very little about mark, callie, bailey's marriage progress, alex's past.. the show just seems to lack a bit of substance to me these days
finally, i dont know shonda at all, but i think she needs to speak up for her own show that she founded and not let network dictators run the lines... otherwise, grey's changing for worse and im not interested.

Callie and Mark are much better as friends. I think a romantic storyline between them would ruin their dynamic. Come on, as friends they are hilarious, as boyfriend and girlfriend they'd get all angsty like everyone else. I don't know if i like Sadie or not, but continuing with Callie's 'sexuality storyline' is an important step forward for primetime tv, Sadie or no Sadie.
