After a tumultuous week of news surrounding the departure of Erica Hahn (Brooke Smith), the drama will play out in one way or another on Grey's Anatomy tonight at 9 p.m.
In "Rise Up," Izzie has a shocking realization as the patient she stole Denny's heart from returns. Hahn is upset - and supposedly Denny makes another appearance as well.
Elsewhere, Derek turns to an unusual source for advice - Bailey - when Cristina interferes with his and Meredith, and the residents fight tooth and nail for a big solo surgery.

Do we dare hope we have a george and Izzie scene tonight since he was the one she first called during the LVAD wuire incident or is Shonda scared the world will come to a brutal halt if she gives us one GI scene?
And didn't the mods here say they would talk about the mysterious disappearance of the GI friendship? Well I am still waiting.

Yeah I don't want to hope. My guess is if we haven't had George and Izzie scenes by now, we never will, big sigh. I was glad BuddyTV had the guts to criticize Shonda for all those unresolved relationships.

As MUCH as I love Callie and Erica I just want to see Mark Sloane aka Eric Dane is HOT!!!! What a shot of him :-)
At least he is being supportive (somewhat) about Callie doing some self discovery.

If george is not involved in this Dizzie story when he was involved buig time in the first one, I will throw something at the TV. They caNt ignore the George and izzie bond forever.

I agree, George is one of the best characters and he is not getting enough screen time!! Hopefully tonight's episode is better than I think it's going to be.. Because with all this drama of Brooke Smith being fired and such, idk how good the ep will be... ugh... i miss the good old days of seasons 1 2 and 3!!

I honestly hope they don't, Kris!
I know their romance/break up could've made things a little awkwards for a little, but it's about time... I'm not a Gizzie fan, but I do miss them together as friends!
