I almost though Meredith was going to break up with Derek! I cried when the cancer patient kept saying, "It's not fair." I'm so glad that ended like it did. If they would have broken up, I would have been crushed.

I would like to say first of all, that an hour is not enough! Oh and as a word of advice don't eat cereal while watching cause the crunching is too loud (I threw away a whole bowl of fruit loops)lol
I would like to "honest to God" smack Alex...but then he reverts to "nice guy". I am totally fooled by him.
YAY!!!They get to stay! I mean they have (well Izzie anyway) been there since season 1. Love Cristina and Callie being like.....friends. Speaking of Callie...Erica is strung out on her a little and I LOVE it. Gonna be fun to watch. Lexie is just great! "Don't hate me, I can help you"! Poor George was all run down this epi. Got his chance though....you know when the chief climbed off his high horse at the end. Don't get me started with the end! Where was the great MerDer kiss that we have been waiting for since uummm the season 4 finale! They are so kissing in the episode stills!!!!!!!
I feel jipped!! Hmmm maybe in the episode on abc.com.....I will have to check it out. I know it will be on the dvd but that is like a year away and hopefully we will have plenty of MerDer action the rest of the season....The next episode looks very promising!

The muffin scene didn't even happen. What the fuck? Shonda totally fooled the Gizzie fans with this to make us watch. Why can't we at least get some scenes of them as friends? I wonder all the people who said they loved Gizzie friendship but nto romance, what you guys think about the complete absence of any scenes with them? Thank God I didn't fall for it and didn't watch. I knew this woman was playing with us again.
Alex and Izzie are sick. He absues her then they make him all nice with a patient and we are suppose to be all aww he is so cute.
Yuck, he is an abusor and I hate him.

This episode was amazing. I was somewhat disappointed by the premiere, but tonight made up for it. I was so outraged when Shonda let us think that Meredith was going to break up with Derek again, but thank God Derek is the most perfect man alive, lol. They are so perfect together, but all this drama... It's going to give me an ulcer, and I would bet money that if I went to the hospital with that ulcer, there would be no gorgeous doctors there to take care of me.
Richard is seriously bothering me. Honestly. Loosen up a bit, stop being such a jerk.
And as shocked as I am to hear myself say it, I'm ready for some Alex/Izzie romance again. He was so adorable when he was talking to the patient but totally referring to Izzie.. I want some of that romance too, along with more Mer/Der. Stop teasing us, Shonda!

God what is Shonda doing to George? She is totally making him act like a loser. Where is george from season 1 who operated in the elevator, where is George from season 3 who was so sure of himself and ahd this big dramatic story with Izzie and his dad? nd can't Shonda give the Gizzie fans one freaking scene. Is that too much to ask?
I am so done with Grey. Alex again treats Izzie like dirt but because he says nice things to a patient, some fans are drooling over him. What is wrong with people?
Alex and Izzie make me sick, and Shonda makes me sick.
George and Izzie were best friends before, and now they act like strangers?
Even Lexie,s crush on George is about Lexie, not George.

I hate to start off negative BUT I'm getting really aggravated with the whole Callie/Erica thing. I feel like in Season 4 the writers did a virtual 180 to get them together and now that they've got them together they are a little unsure of what to do with them. I was excited when I read last season that Shonda seemed to be putting a lot of work into telling a very true story about these two women. However, I feel like the whole thing has been lacking almost to the point of non-existent and juvenile to say the least.
Other than that, I thought the episode was pretty awesome...it seems Grey's is definitely getting its groove back. It feels really weird to have Meredith being happy and positive and Izzie being the angsty one. Role reversal anyone? I think Alex should see about getting in with that shrink now that she's going to have some free time. AND, I love Cristina. That is all.

Poor TR. Shonda seems to be punishing him because she thought Gizzie was so hated. Not only is she too blind to see all the people who watched for Gizzie, she is punishing an amazing actor for it.
She sabotaged my favorite couple (Gizzie), then made me fall for Gexie, which she is obviously not going to follow up on, and now she treats George like dirt and an after-thought.
I like Lexie but how come she gets more story than George?
I am so pissed about the muffin scenes. This is not the first time they pass TR and Katie outtakes as real scenes. Maybe deep down they know how many people love their scenes together.
I am so mad!

Never trust Shonda. I knew that muffin scene seemed too good to be true. Is she going to continue having George and Izzie, who were best friends for years, and lovers, act like they are strangers? I can bet you she will. She'll never have the guts to make them friends again let alone reunite them. Their scenes, friendship and otherwise, were why I watched, so I can leave now.

Also, I forgot to mention that the ending song.. That just made the ending so incredibly perfect. What song is that? Nevermind, I'm going to spend all night trying to figure that out. XD
I also would like to add that Mark is amazing so far this season. I think I might have a new favorite character. Mark > all.

George is my favorite character and I swear Hahn and Lexie get more stories than him.
He is almost not in both promos at all for next week.

i'm gonna go insane if someone doesn't put up the damn episode online soon. I'm going out of my mind. Everyone i talk to absolutely loved this episode and are saying its one of the best ones in ages. ARGH! Please.. i'm begging you. If you do find it online.. put the link on here ASAP! PLEASE!!!

Alex is such a jerk. Am I suppose to really think he is Izzie's person? He makes me sick.
George is her person and Denny her soulmate. Alex is just some sick onsession.
Talking about George, why is he not getting any decent material?
Callie and Hahn get so much and I couldn't care less about them.

I only saw the last 10 minutes:( Do you know how I can watch it on line. Mer/Der scene= amazing!!! I saw the preview for next week. Did anyone else notice that it looks like izzie and derek will be enemies?

I am so mad they cut the muffin scene.I want some George and Izzie scenes.
Go Mer for standing up to Derek, go izzi for standing up to jerk Alex next week (I'd kick him in the groin to boot, I hate him).
