Patrick Dempsey was on daddy duty Sunday afternoon as he escorted son Darby, 19 months, and daughter Tallulah out and about in Santa Monica.
No word on where Darby's twin, Sullivan, was. But here's the photo ...

very cute pic for sure. but come on u guys, he knows how popular he is and how famous. he should expect somebody there to take a pic. you can't just stay at home and lock your kids up. yes i agree about his privacy but sme poeple don't care.
