Patrick Dempsey was on daddy duty Sunday afternoon as he escorted son Darby, 19 months, and daughter Tallulah out and about in Santa Monica.

Yes, he is adorable (his son, that is!). I think he looks like his mom. And you're right - Dad does not look too happy about being photographed.

Awww look at that little blondie! Him and Patrick are wearing the EXACT SAME expression. Yeah, he does look like his mom, but definitely like a mini McDreamy too. Can't wait to see him in 20 years!
