i don't know why, but she seems to have a cold look about her..like she's unfriendly or something...but she is pretty...patrick looked gorgeous as usual...where was ellen pompeo...there r no pics of her at the emmy's....just at the pre-emmy benefit..

i wish he and ellen would get together...they make such an adorable couple, and theyre great friends...no offence to ellen- but her husband, besides nto being a looker, actually looks a little dumb. true, that may not be the case, but no one can argue that they make a better couple than merder...unless theyre blind...lol...love grey's anatomy, hope that bitch rose isnt preggers.

I think Jillian has inner beauty and it shows. Lucky her she has the man. A note about the Emmys Sandra Oh seemed to have an agenda about the Korean War, which was before she was born and to MY big disapointment Patrick only got to say "and the winner is" not that is wasn't good to drool over, but I wish he culd have said more and there was a look from him at one time to Sanadra as if to say my turn. I don't think Rose is pregnant she is eing a sore loser and messing with McDreamy's head.

you know what, i don't care that he didn't win any awards he looked fantastic and his wife Jillian was on his arm, what more can a man want from the night?
I think they looked fantastic on the red carpet and one of very few couples who weren't attacked for their attire....lol

Sorry for the double post here, just reading some comments here about Patrick's wife. No disrespect coming from this but i think Jillian Dempsey is a strong independent woman who happens to be married to a man who needs that type of person who supports him in everything he does. He was married before and that was disasterous for him both mentally and spirtitually and i think Jillian brings out the balance in him. They have been married a long time and do not court the limelight like some of Hollywood these days, Jillian i believe is a little uncomfortable with having a camera stuck in her face everytime she appears at these awards and is simply there as a guest and company for her 'old man'.
Give the woman a break please, Patrick and Ellen are very good friends that is that, if i thought for one moment she would make him happier than his wife then i would not argue but sorry a long standing fan of Mr. Dempsey here and i am more happier for him now as he has grown older than for him when he was young and inexperienced in what Hollywood chucked at him.
P.S. sorry for the rant lol just needed to get that off my chest.
