I think its sorta cute, it would probably look better if the wind wasn't blowing it against her. I sometimes like the baggy-esque look. But she does look sorta pregnant, but now we know she wasn't pregnant then, she is now!!!!!!!! I am so happy she is finally having a baby, I wish her a happy, healthy, beautiful baby! will they write it into the grey's season six script?

On the premiere I noticed that her face was a little plumper. Also they haven't really showed any shots of her lower body unless she's heavily covered or blocked by something like Claire was on The Cosby Show
