How Should Izzie Leave Grey's Anatomy?
It's a slow Grey's Anatomy news week, so here's a new concept - we invite you to post your own ideas for the following (possible) plot line:
How should Izzie leave Grey's Anatomy?
Well, you can write reasons why she should stay if you like. We welcome all views. But with Katherine Heigl dominating the news and rumors swirling of this season being her last, we're anxious to hear some of your proposed exit strategies.

Nooo, I would like Izzie to stay. She's a great character. Although, I wouldn't really mind if she does leave the show. But I'm voting for STAY

I would like Izzie to stay. She's a great character and Katherine is great actress.
But, i watch greys anatomy because of meredith and derek so... i wouldn't really mind too.

She needs to die, slowly and painfully, perhaps by the rage of flesh-eating bacteria, that is after Denny, Alex, and George leave her.
Hahaha... Just kidding. I really want all five of them to stay. Izzie shouldn't quit this show, at least for another 3 seasons :P
But, if she really wishes to leave, then I'd like her to finish her residency, starts her fellowship somewhere and becomes a famous surgeon. She then, may come back to the show as a guest star once in a while.

I hope she stays, too! I would miss Izzie too much and the show needs all five of them! She can't leave yet!

I like Izzie too and I know I would really miss her if she left! We need ALL of our characters to make Grey's Anatomy complete. She just needs some more interesting and exciting things to happen in her life. Now that she's in charge of the clinic, she and Alex have shared a "strange" kiss, Denny is coming back (briefly, of course) things will be different for her. I'm so looking forward to September!!!!

She should definitely stay... I'd be sad if one of the original interns left the show- it'd be like the show living without one of its limbs!

Okay, so, I think KH is a bit too full of herself, but the show started out with five interns. It revolved around them. All FIVE of them. If we get rid of one, then we get rid of a little piece of history. Izzie herself can be a little whiny but she's really sweet and driven. I don't give a crap about Katherine Heigl but I do care about Izzie. Keep Izzie. I don't think there's much we can do about Katie, but Izzie should be here to stay.

Not that it will ever happen, but Izzie should be locked in the linen closet during one episode, to be forgotten about for the rest of the series, until it goes off the air. Or she could just get hit by a bus. :)

they're not gonna make izzie die because alex went through enough pain last season with rebecca and he turned to izzie for her comfort... her dying would throw him over the edge

She needs to stay! She is an amazing actress! Her comments were true. She really wasn't given much to do this past season. I think this is because she was busy doing so many movies etc. I think the media is making way to big of a deal out of all of this. Izzie needs to stay she is such an awesome character and there is so much that they can do with her!

i love katherine heigl. i dont care what she says, she speaks her mind, and its true, no offense, but she really didnt have that much to work with. she is an AMAZING actress and neeeeddddss to stay. she brings SO much to the show.
