Vanity Fair has published its list of Best Dressed Men and Grey's Anatomy leading man Patrick Dempsey is among the publication's Top 10.
McDreamy didn’t take the top spot, but he did finish #4, and defeated Brad Pitt in the process, so it's hard to complain about the result!

Woo!! He wears the most appropriate clothes anywhere, everywhere and anytime. Like seriously i've never seen a far-out photo of him drunk or anything. ^^
