Grey's Anatomy Guest Star News: Kevin McKidd
Could another hot doctor be scrubbing in at Seattle Grace in Season Five?
It looks possible, as Kevin McKidd, a Scottish actor who headlined last year's time-traveling drama Journeyman, is in serious talks to join the cast.
He'd play an M.D. who comes to the hospital after a stint in Iraq. It's expected to be a relatively long Grey's Anatomy story arc for Kevin McKidd, who also played the soldier Lucius Vorenus in HBO's short-lived series Rome.

I DON'T LIKE HIM!!!!! idk why he's just creepy. Maybe it was because of Made of Honor but i just don't like him at all. I think that the cast is fine the way it is right now and that he would be okay as a guest star but not a regular.

Good actor-loved Lucius Vorenus. Would like to see him as the guy Cristina can't stand, but who helps her get past the Burke thing. Don't yell at me-I loved Burke too.

I can see bringing in more doctors but why not use some of the extra's you have more often. Like Joe, Tyler, Olivia, Patricia, and Ray. These guys have done great in the past but we saw very little of them in season4.

Hm.. new character... about time.
I think he will be in the competition with Derek Shepard, something I've been waiting for a while. Derek has no real rival since Burke. And I like the idea of this new character being Cristina's love interest.
Cant wait for season 5.

Where is the hot docter you speak of because it's definelty not him. Sorry that's just my opinion . I never got to see Maid Of Honor (Sigh) so I've never seen him act. I still hope he only remains a guest star though.

I want to know where the hot doctor is too because I sure have seen a picture of one. As far as I'm concerned, McDreamy has everyone beat... although McSteamy is pretty steamy too. However, I also hope he only remains a guest star but even if he does become a regular, he will not be any competition for anyone because he's straight up U-G-L-Y.... expecially not any competition for Derek anyways
